I gave 2 stars for 2 reasons, 1 for having 4 people working to serve the community till 3am in a tiny area and the 2nd reason for trying to compete with a wayyyyyy better sub shops in the 1 to 2 mile radius. The areas that need improvement are quite a few but the main ones are: fill the $7.49 whole sub 100% not 80% and a 50/50 chicken and lattice equal portions in a sub will make you lose your business. Cleanliness should be very important to any person. I was at this place because my favorite sub-shop (Ricky's) was closed and my past midnight favorite sub-shop (Station) ran out of food and I was so hungry had no time to look around just like everyone else at this place at that moment therefore they were packed with customers. While waiting for 30 minutes for my food I noticed the lady at the register dropped a sandwich that slipped out of the wrapping and fell on the floor, one of the men picked it up and wrapped it again and gave it to the customer. Maybe this guy is used to eating and feeding his family off the floor but i know that I don't. Who wants to pay and eat food that was on the floor. I don't care if you are busy or not make another one or give them their money back and a small gift like a pop or sweets or make the sandwich for 50% off so they would want to wait another 15 minutes and keep their food in a warmer so the other sandwiches don't get cooled because of your employee dropping the food its not the...
Read moreI was looking forward to going to Al's burger since it was close by, but was unfortunately disappointed by the baffling and downright bad meals served here. The meal came in two hours late for just one burger that was all soggy and a heavy let down to my stomach. I was also displeased with the 6 pcs chicken tenders. Insthin sheath of fried coating, this composite of ground meat is mysteriously bland and almost unimaginably dry but the best thing to do with it is to pretend that it doesn’t exist. There is only one thing worse than being served a terrible meal: being served a terrible meal by earnest waiters who have no idea just how awful the things they are doing to you are. The French were not pleased. As local of Dearborn and having visited Al's multiple times, I can confidently say that this place, without a doubt, never fails to dissapoint. If I work hard, with luck, one day I may be able to forget. If google reviews had an option to have zero stars, I would use it for this instance because it is not even...
Read moreI’m very disgusted, this place is so unprofessional. Let me start off by saying when I placed my order it was only 6 cheese sticks, small hummus, and small fries. Waited a whole 1hr to get it which is very inconvenient since my order is very small and that’s not the shocking part I was told it was gonna be 12 dollars the delivery guy told me 20 which is too much for what I ordered but i didn’t mind giving him the 20 dollars the man comes to my door steps he was very nice which made me feel good but then after I had opened my bag I seen the hummus everywhere in the bag the fries were not good at all and the cheese sticks were very dry and cold I was very disappointed I couldn’t eat it, all I’m saying I don’t recommend this place for anyone you will get ripped off and not to mention when I placed my order the cashier on the phone was being very rude I was very understanding at first after a long day but at least have good customer service or at least...
