On my oh my oh my THIS IS THE BEST LOCATION YET. Small they will definitely need to expand because its going to get busier how fresh and good the treats are. I am impressed. I’ve been twice so far. The workers are ALL working together, they greet you SOON as you walk in, and The owner is super marvelous, super sweet, keep that mindset you will go even farther in life. I just loved the atmosphere. They have this awesome neat display but they make the Cinnabon/pretzels FRESH. I eat pretzel bites at LEAST ONCE A MONTH. I’m closer to laural park mall but neither Laurel Park Place or fairlane mall can top this freshness. It’s getting two stars just because the cinnamon rolls were good. Customer service was terrible, me and my friend went Sunday afternoon and we both placed an order for pecan cinnamon rolls. We both told the employee that we wanted pecan and they gave us regular cinnamon rolls instead. It was no issue at first until i went back to get them fixed, she stated we didn't say it were pecan and i told her we did and she was arguing saying we didn’t. Number one, you never tell a customer what they did or didn’t say, especially if they’re two customers with the same order. Then she makes me go back to my car so i can get my wallet to pay the $2-3 dollar difference. So rude and unprofessional especially since it was a mistake on their end. Really good and fresh cinnabon rolls! I've craved cinnabon since I was really young and have tried it in different states/locations, and I felt like this location offered THE freshest cinnabon rolls and some of the best I've had! I've been there a few times and tried their auntie anne's pretzels too which are also freshly made. The employees and owner are very courteous and nice, and the service is very convenient. There are also places to sit and eat inside the store which are cleanly maintained and hand sanitizer is available. The location is good too and strong hours...
