First time going here on March 9th, 2018. My daugther and I was so happy to see a dairy queen that is only a few miles away...we at the dearborn border. We went through the drive thru and got blizzards. We both had oreo with cheesecake and caramel. The service was really awesome. I was so surprise when the young lady had my blizzard upside down giving it to me....I'm thinking to myself what the heck!!!! But I think it was the manager that came to window and ask how we are doing. I thought that was neat. Very friendly good service they give. But I was wondering what was up with the flipping the blizzard over. The nice man told me that they suppose to flip the first one over ...if they forget to do that we can get a free one. I was like wow, never heard of anything like that. All I know I loved the service and how polite and fun and happy they were. YOu know sometimes you can get some people that work the window at these drive thru places and their attitude can be a little bit funky. Well not these guys, they were very friendly, mannerable, fun and cheery. I love that!

Well the only thing I found that can be improved upon is the blizzard itself. I mean it taste great, but the cheesecake, caramel and oreos should be throughout the blizzard. We didn't find that out until we got home and ate them. Most of the ingredients were at the top, then none in the middle or bottom...so I was disappointed about that. We had large blizzards. They should put some ice cream at the bottom then put the oreos, cheesecake and caramel....then put some ice cream on top of that then another layer of the ingredients then ice cream...like layer it on...will be so awesome! But otherwise this is a great place to go to. We got there around 9:30ish and it was not crowded at all the drive thru. I love that too about it, not like the other dairy queen on Ford road...we always just pass it by it be too crowded with line going out on Ford. We will certainly make this a monthly treat. Can't be eating these all the time when you fat and trying to lose weight like we are, but it's a nice treat when we have our...

What can you say it's Dairy Queen and food. This was my first visit to this establishment and had never heard of a dairy Queen with food options. The servers behind the counter seemed annoyed but still managed to force a smile. They took my order and my guest order and it felt rushed. While waiting on our food there was someone in the lobby trying to sell his bracelets. The place to hold the lids for the cups was filthy. The pop machines were self-serve. The bathrooms were actually clean because they keep the doors locked and you have to get buzzed in.

Can I receive the food it was hot however it was typical fast food chicken strips barbecue sauce was good the fries were good. And then I ordered a cherry dip vanilla ice cream in a cone. It was really good but they could have dipped the ice cream a few times, they were definitely skimming. My ice cream was semi melted on the inside of the dip however overall the ice cream was good. We ate inside and now that the experience is over, I probably won't...

Sad to say but today will be my last day coming to this place. I don't know if it's the staff or what's been going on lately but the last couple of times they've gotten my incorrect. I've ordered meals and they've only given me sandwiches with no fries. No drinks but today took the cake. The one thing I could always count on was getting a blizzard and the blizzard was never wrong. Today I ordered a royal cheesecake Blizzard with strawberries only to get home. Eat this blizzard and discover that there were no strawberries in the blizzard after I asked the person at the window. Then they put strawberries in the blizzard in which he said that the strawberries were in the core well since I can't count on this place any longer to make the one thing that I like that you come to DQ...

My kids always consider it a treat when we go to DQ Grill. The $7 combo deals are a great value—whether it’s chicken strips, fries, a drink, and a sundae, or a burger with fries and a drink. For just $1 more, you can upgrade the dessert to a Blizzard, which is always a hit with my kids. While the price is definitely a win for families, I have to be honest—the last time we visited, the food didn’t seem as fresh as usual. Because of that, we haven’t been back recently. Hoping next time the quality is back to the standard we’ve come to expect!

This place use to be Ponderosa Steakhouse it closed in 2013.Now it's Dairy Queen great variety of ice cream cakes, food, atmosphere is great and open late plus it's the only location that tips the Blizzards upside down to show its thickness and I've been to plenty. Lol the Only way I can get most people to know where this location is I say it use to be the old Ponderosa then they are like oh Thats the one with the good $5.00 deals.

Absolutely THE best DQ I've been to! Everything is clean and sanitized. The employees are super friendly and Hady even came to check on my friend and I while we ate inside. They're super efficient with orders with short wait times. Cake and treat freezer is fully stocked too. It's far from where I live but it's worth the trip. They don't close til 1AM so this is perfect for a late night treat.
