Juice Time — Restaurant in Dearborn

Out of all the years I've been a google guide, I have not written a poor review about a food establishment, but here we go. I try my best to refrain from writing negative reviews, but I believe this has to be put out there. If you're looking for a legit fruit juice joint, this is not it. I take it their smoothies and other drinks are probably decent, but don't order their juices. I paid ~$16.94 for orange juice and "pomegranate juice". The orange juice was alright, but it was bothersome that the cashier used his bare hands to run the oranges through the juicer while he simultaneously wiped his face/nose, and then asked a female staff to run back to grab him more oranges with her bare hands as they fist bumped each other. Granted the orange juice tasted fine, and I get it, these are likely some very young employees in high school, and it's probably their first job or maybe even a family run business. But seriously, show a tiny bit of cleanliness in front of the customers, pretend you care or at least have some semblance of professionalism. The staff were also running outside to jump on the back of a truck camper for fun in the middle of my order, then proceeded to run back into the store kitchen to make my "pomegranate" juice. It was basically a 20 oz cup of severely watered down pomegranate juice. Maybe like 1/6-1/8 of the cup was 'pomegranate' juice, and the remainder was literally water/ice with a crap ton of sugar granules on the bottom of the cup. Did they wash their hands when they prepared my order ? Who knows lol. Doesn't seem like it. I couldn't drink the pomengranage 'juice' past the 2nd sip while I was driving because of the poor taste and constant sugar granules, I had to basically toss the drink out as soon as I...

Been here 4 time. I do not recommend this place, only gave it a 2 instead of 1 because the smoothie is decent.

Everytime I went, there is always just one employee so the wait times are atrocious. Yesterday I waited 40 mins for my food. Other times, I waited 20 mins for a smoothie. I feel bad because the employee is balancing many things at once but I am paying my hard earned money.

They are really expensive. I got a mango fusion smoothie for 9.37 and it wasn’t even their large size. Way too expensive compared to other places like Vera juice and tropical.

Their straws are very thin for smoothies so it was a struggle to enjoy the smoothie without it gets clogged.

The cherry on top was their men’s bathroom had no toilet paper, paper towels, and Hand soap.

I will give them another chance in September because they are relatively new.

Advice: make ur menu more affordable in the $7 range. Get thicker straws. Always have more than 1 person working. Routinely check...

I’m truthfully still shocked by my experience here. Each time I visited, the guy working the register failed to return my change—often amounts of $0.70 or more—until I specifically called him out. This isn’t even about the money; it’s the principle of it. He was stealing and pretending like nothing was wrong. This happened MULTIPLE TIMES, and each time he only returned the change after being confronted, with no apology, and dismissed me immediately.

In addition to this unprofessional behavior, the juices are very watered down and have an unpleasant, dirty taste. This was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. Please address this issue as it reflects poorly on the business. I will surely NEVER step foot in...
