She was treated in very a unprofessional manner. The cashier's name is Hassan and the girl that was bagging the order were involved in the unfortunate event.

When my wife was asking for the status of her Order, it turns out that it was given to someone else. Not only they gave it to someone else but they wouldn't give her what she actually ordered treating her with complete disrespect and unwillingness to own his mistakes. It was also discovered that he let another person get her order just because he is a BRO. If this was a mistake then they should have fixed right on the spot.
