Absolute trash.
In fact, so no one else is subjected to the abysmal experience as me I'll elaborate.
Last night my girlfriend and her roomates got into a small accident on their way home from work. They called me and at 1 AM I drove to pick them up and help them get a tow. During this time however, our friend makes the suggestion of MCdonalds to help them feel better/get hunger solved for a while since there was one along our way.
We pull into the drive through and this is where the fun starts.
As we are coming up with our order the window and after some back and forth with ordering the attendant tells us to just go to the window and we can figure it out there - since my friends were taking longer than usual to order - mind you at this point there is no one behind us and the McDonalds is all but empty save a car ahead.
We get to the window and he asks us again what our order will be. After about a minute or so I ask him for the basic rundown plus some large drinks, and I am told they have no drinks.
So when I am relaying this Info to my passengers we get to hear the kitchen staff complain and the attendant enforcing their frustration with
"Its them that's taking so long! Idk why they ordering so slow!" As if we were not less than 3 feet away from them.
I let this slide, but at this point my passengers are getting agitated due to the long night and uneccesary shade from the employees. So we ask for other stuff instead, but during the order the attendant tells us (after a long conversation on how they had no drink) that they have coke products and the like.
So after another few moments and my own personal frustration rising at this point due to the constant miscommunication, lack of listening, and being gossiped about in a 5 minute transaction. We finally get to pay and go to the next window.
As we pull up to the final window we got our food but the guy tells us
"We ain't got no more cup holders"
That's fine. Let's get the food and go...except our order is wrong.
So.immediatly I just step out to knock.on the window, but at this point the guy walked away from the window and no one else was answering.
I knock again.
A woman in black uniform wandered to the back window and looks toward me but not at me.
I knock once more. This time saying
"Hey! We are missing our order could we get some help?"
She ignores me.
She walks around the kitchen area totally ignoring us, and the rest of the staff did the same.
At 2AM for a 24hr service that THEY messed up? Insane.
I've worked fast food enough to know how much it sucks, but at the end of the day IT IS YOUR JOB. And beyond that basic point, to utterly ignore someone and be rude to them during the entire transaction - making fun of the passengers during a time of extreme stress while you expect me to just sit there as the driver and let it happen?
Absolutely unacceptable.
Your overnight staff needs to be spoken to -- though you would think as a staff of adults working McDonalds at ages 20-40 they would have the decency to put in the bare minimum, but no. They couldnt. They actually went out of their way to do the opposite.
Even more hilarious in context considering the cars before us all left speeding from the drive through, so I guess my frustrations were not at all unique

I have had the worst luck at this McDonald's especially through the summer I stopped going and finally decided to try it again because I was in the neighborhood and it was on point even the customer service from the teenagers that work there very pleasant and friendly.
Usually teenagers at fast food restaurants are hot mess and don't care about your service or how they even present the food.
There was napkins in the bag without me asking am I order was correct. A lot of people say oh it's just fast food but at the end of the day if you pay your money you want your food fresh and a good quality and customer service done right.
I have a huge respect for the food service industry is actually one of the hardest jobs I ever worked in my life when I was younger. Standing on your feet for long hours trying to make sure your drawer don't be short or over, trying to count the drawer down trying to open trying to close cleaning those grills, mopping making sure the bathrooms clean and that can especially be trying. Trust me I understand it's a lot to work fast food and then to deal with customers that are rude nasty want to fight you that will come back later and try to fight you bring a family. I get it I got it fast food ain't for everybody however if you choose to be in the restaurant profession then you still have to maintain professionalism and cleanliness and fresh food.
So when I see people at fast food industry jobs I do give grace however some are plain nasty the food is trash and they deserve a poor review. But this McDonald's was on point and has been on point the last month for me. Keep up the good work. ‼️

Read moreNormally I'd rate this place a 10. I get great service but on 5/1/23 5:57am (my usual time)the service and food/drinks not good. I did not feel like a valued customer at all. At speaker I was not greeted as usual with friendly worker and I repeated my order 3 times. At first window young lady just took money no greeting like I'm used to hearing. She was at least working with a smile not rude. The second window on other hand the lady rude damn near threw my coffee and Vernors at me. I asked for ketchup she looked at me like mean and acted like didn't want to do it. She handed me two I said have a good day drove off. I was on way to work as usual after. I took sip of coffee it tasted so nasty and was not hot. Burritos were not hot and outside was hard. I'm very disappointed in visit. I'm a regular at this McDonald's in the am before work. The staff in the am are usually exceptional and food and drinks are usually good. This experience makes me feel the regular staff need to show these others the correct way to treat people.. I tried calling that morning no one would answer. I definitely was mad going to work no coffee and a nasty breakfast. I hope the staff that I deal with normally know that I appreciate them.
