I placed a mobile order for a smoothie prior to entering the McD's building....I was close enough to process the order & payment through the app. Upon entering this location, there were no customers waiting in line, so I stood over near the order pick-up side of the counter & patiently waited with my mobile order confirmation info. I politely stood there for at least 15 minutes while 5 McDonald's employees just walked past me. Then two teenage girls walked in to turn-in their employment application & they were immediately greeted by 3 McD's employees. I was waiting on the bus, so I will admit I was in a slight hurry, but my demeanor remained very polite & courteous! After 20 minutes, I decided to inquire about my order & the employee that responded, did so with such a rude, unprofessional, disrespectful & brazen manner only to tell me that their smoothie machine is out of service. McDonald's has been campaigning for customers to use their mobile app or the in-store kiosks to place orders. However, how is the customer supposed to know when a store's smoothie machine is out of service when they don't properly update the available items for purchase on the mobile app. When I explained that to the McD's reasonable & understanding (that was sarcasm because she everything, but) employee, she continued to give me an attitude when I asked if I could substitute it for one of their chills (which costs less than the smoothie I ordered & purchased), she huffed & puffed as if I was the inconvenience, she did substitute per my request (which wouldn't have even taken place if they updated their app accordingly or at the very least greeted a customer that has been standing in their lobby for 20mins). Then as I was exiting, she tactlessly yelled at me "are you happy now?" I understand it's a fast-food restaurant, but at a minimum the employees shouldn't go out of their way to be rude to customers!!! If you're unhappy with your job or can't politely deal with the public (the customers who keep y'all in business), then seek alternative...

Read moreI think this place has extremely lazy workers and they’re sketchy as hell. I waited on the intercom for a good 20 min and I asked them twice if they’re ready and their answer was they’re catching up on orders, I tried to understand because well I’m sure there’s a work shortage however I ended up leaving and forgetting about the fries I was craving. I literally drove around the parking lot and there was literally no one waiting for their food, the only cars left were in the drive thru and I was just waiting there…I don’t think they were “catching up” on orders, this place always always pulled the “there’s an oil spill” just so the workers can avoid working. Also, the McDonald’s on Ford, knows about this oil spill move, they know the McDonald is in Wyoming workers are lazy and that is their que to avoid working. Who hires...
