I went to DQ to get a Medium Blizzard. I originally ordered a vanilla blizzard with chocolate chunks, brownies and cherry sundae sauce. When I got to the window they made the blizzard with cherry hard dip (not what I asked for) and then told me they didn’t have “cherry sundae sauce”. I switched out the blizzard for a chocolate extreme blizzard instead, but was charged multiple extra fees for “toppings” because of the original blizzard request. Instead of changing the regular medium blizzard price of $5.49, I was charged for a “customized blizzard” which was $8. One of the coworkers tried to correct the employee that rang up my order, and instead of fixing it she shrugged her shoulders with no care while the other employees ran and hid behind a wall. Since when did DQ charge extra for toppings that weren't even received? If normal blizzards have 3 toppings in their ingredients why is a customized blizzard of 3 toppings $8? Just replace the ingredients and stop ripping off loyal customers. To emphasize, this “customized” blizzard was never received yet I still got charged for it. Horrible training and horrible attitudes.
On top of that, a male and female employee decided to hold up the line to “talk” with their friend who was getting in and out the car in the drive thru. The drive thru is there for convenience and not to sit while employees have personal catch ups. It’s incredibly...

04/01/2025 Well I had another bad experience with Dairy Queen tonight my daughter promised her son some ice cream so I treated my husband and other grandson with blizzard and a milk shake I don't work in this type of business but why would she have to ask for a lid for any ice cream it should have came with them especially while it's raining and it's a two go order it's a great place in our neighborhood but management doesn't seem to care how the customer are treated when we help pay their salary but I'll go any other Dairy Queen before I go back when my daughter realize the rain had got in all the blizzard, she pull around to go inside. restaurant the manger told my daughter to come back and she will replace one and then on top of that skittles blizzard only had 7 skittles on it i paid $14.88 for two blizzard and a shake this was a waste of my money for her to act like she didn't give a darn not to replaced these treats that water got in they also need to pay to have a overhead so this doesn't keep happening but no more Dairy Queen in Debary ill ride to Sanford next time the service is a zero I see other reviews from the same Dairy Queen in Debary the reviews are not good so what that tells you...
Read moreI visited 2 weeks ago and the 1st ice cream cone was was delicious and filling. I visited last week and waited in the Lobby after the ice cream cone was already made and placed on the window. I figured it must belong to another customer. Then the hispanic cashier finally decided to hand me my ice cream cone. I thanked her and left. The ice cream cone was once again delicious and filling. Last night had been a week and the cashier was seeming a little odd. Then she attempted to walk away as if I was not standing at the register area, until I stepped up. I paid then she prepared it. I arrived to my vehicle to realize it smelled of Bowel Movement. I thought that I must have driven thru a bad area prior to my arriving. Wheew, I really appreciated the diarrhea shortly after and thru the midnight. If you have issues with customers that walk in and order ice cream and are by themselves just be polite and professional and tell us a lie stating that you aren't able to serve ice cream at the time or something instead of serving a customer a sabotaged ice cream con that gives them diarrhea. I do not know any of your staff since I'm not a local neighbor. Gangs should not run a restaurant due to the foul play on unsuspecting customers that are not involved in such crimes. Have a...
