This was our first time ordering from Corner Slice and holy smokes we are blown away! We ordered online for pick up & had the handmade Mozzarella Sticks (they waited until we arrived to fry them fresh), Regular Detroit Pizza, Hero Sandwich, and Greek Salad.

The mozzarella sticks were perfectly cooked, (not greasy) golden, brown, & crunchy delicious. The marinara dipping sauce was the right balance of chunky, velvety tomatoes and full of flavor.

The pizza was a pillow of pure happiness - caramelized cheese on the corners, perfect amount of sauce, airy, fluffy dough with a crunchy bottom & a satisfying chew. Bonus points for being heavy handed with the pepperonis & lots of gooey, lightly browned cheese. A box of Heaven.

The Hero Sandwich brought me back to my childhood - toasted house made sesame seed focaccia full of rich, savory sliced meats & thin ribbons of crunchy lettuce tossed in a light dressing all held together with a warm hug of melted cheese making it the right kind of joyful messy.

Even the Greek Salad was dressed to impress - perfect balance of lettuce to toppings: sliced multi-colored tiny tomatoes, crisp cucumber, tangy feta, briny kalamata olives, & a spicy pepperoncini (if spice is your jam). Beautiful, freshly made balsamic dressing to weave it all together.

If you care about yourself and appreciate those you dine with, you need to eat here just to tell your tummy, "I love you". We are so excited to have this in our top list of where to...

I saw this place listed at the bottom of the Decatur emails and wanted to give it a try! This place is very pricy, and the food is a hit or miss! I ordered the 2 bar pies with one toppong on each, (pepperoni on one and anchovy's on the other!) garlic bread with marinara sauce, a greek salad, ( that was big enough for two people!) some gralic wings and some connolis to go! My mouth fell open when the bill came to almost eighty dollars! The sad thing about this food is that it doesn't reheat very well at all! So what wasn't eaten that day was thrown in the trash the next day!:( Also, I have to admit the garlic bead was the bomb! The garlic wings were over fried and tasteless! My gf says her pepperoni bar pie was very good, but didn't reheat well the next day! I had the bar pie with the anchovies, which was so dayum salty that I could only get down one slice! The rest went into the trash!:p The greek salad was ok, but for me, the greens were a little wilted! The leftovers went in the trash the next day! The connolis was the best dayum connolis I've ever eaten! I was happy to see that they sold pizza by the slice here! Because of this, I can see myself going back! Oh, and the bar pies are about the size of a 10-inch pizza! But they can get extremely pricey when you start adding toppings! This can be a great place for a family outing, but just make sure you bring some extra...

I ordered a large detroit style pizza With Ground beef mushrooms onions and green peppers and Extra cheese. The pizza Could have been great, But thee amount of toppings they were willing to give for what I paid was little to none. I'm sick of these restaurants! I don't even think paying extra for extra would matter I swear they might have put a quarter cup of ground beef on that pizza! What I have learned about Atlanta restaurants especially if owned by descendants of the diaspora is they don't do things to garner a return customer, they repel customers through greed and stinginess. I'll never order another pizza again from this company I can get focaccia bread from dekalb market and make a better Detroit style Pizza for less money disappointment and...

I was intrigued when I saw the new name and was delighted by the Detroit style pie. If you’re bummed Nina & Rafi closed, this is the place for Detroit Style pizza in Atlanta. I was blown away. Got a Janeway regular pie (pepper/onions/shrooms/sausage/pepperoni) to go and it stayed crispy after a 20 min ride home. Crunchy/cheesy crust without being razors in the mouth like some Detroit style can be. I was shocked how soft/pillowy/aerated the crust was so the experience eating it didn’t leave me feeling weighed down by two pieces. The other nice surprise was the wings were bigger/meatier than I’m used to seeing in Atlanta. Nicely sauced, if anything could’ve taken even more sauce. Lemon pepper was dry rub only (not wet sauce) but still juicy.
