Update: they absolutely never got back to me. Its almost been a year. Ive sent emails and called. The negative reviews are accurate. We stopped ordering dominos altogether. I recommend Marcos, Papa Johns, Alfonso(alrhough they dont deliver) everything else is better rhan this crap show. It was truly and unforgettable bad experience.
I ordered my food on the way home from work (I had a 20-25 minute drive order would be ready in 18minutes) with the power being spotty due to high wind and heavy rain I didn't want to risk cooking and live a little over a mile away so it was on the way home. I get there and see no parking for curbside but it had started to rain. I also saw that there was only one person inside so I was like it's already a crazy day let me park and go in I don't mind the rain. The lady who claims to be the manager was working at n orders, the windows and front. Someone was already waiting inside and with her being the only one I didn't say anything about her not acknowledging me. Whatever it's a crazy day. About 5 minutes ago passed and she greeted the man walking in. Boxes up the man who was waiting order and proceeds to help the man who came in after me. So I spoke up and stated I was definitely here before him she intentionally ignores me and helps the man. He gave her the wrong name. I was like excuse me I was here before him. She keeps helping him. Now I'm real mad because I tried to be considerate while watching you make orders, handle money and never wear a glove or wash your hands but I digress. She then ask for my name with an attitude. I told her my name and started to tell her why I came in but she cut me off and told me I needed to check in. I again tried to remain calm and told her I.. she cut me off again and got loud talking about I can't give you your order until you check in. I had no issue checking in but her tone and attitude didn't really make me care to much to check-in. I asked for a manager because I rather have a refund then deal with her attitude. She states she is the manager and the district manager would tell me the thing. Then the driver comes in. I check in trying to have a conversation with her. She still has a NASTY! attitude and tells the driver to give the order to her. I watched her interact with 4 different men and she was polite and took care of there needs. But was beyond rude to me. So this is now a bigger issue because when we checked the food it matched her attitude. Pizza wasn't cut all the way. Pasta was missing toppings also barely had pasta or toppings so a lot of it was burned. Also want to add that the bread was nastier than normal..like it has been sitting for quiet some time. And since she was the manager and couldn't handle herself better this solidifys why I rarely order Domino's and why I don't care for them. The customer service is normally terrible. Now I started going more because the previous manager was actually decent. He was polite. There was a time I couldn't get my order until an hr after I placed it due to some personal things. But he had a pleasant smile and was very swift in the midist of chaos. Which is why I went this time because that experience was good. But once I asked for my refund I should've just gotten or because the order was wrong her attitude was nasty and getting in contact with cooperate is impossible. Good thing I had a back up plan for dinner because going back up there with an already ride and distasteful manager would have added more fuel to the fire.

Read moreI ordered at 640pm on 4-16-24. And within 3 mins it said my order was out of the oven and being checked. As an ex manager 4 different pizza chains, I know they just bumped my order off the screen to make it look like they are have low order times.
So I waited until 742pm to call and check where my order was at. I let it ring for about 10 minutes before I got in my car and went to domino's (still on the phone letting it ring). When I got there (still on the phone), there phone had one line ringing(me), I hung up (15.32 mins ringing). After a few mins the only 2 people in there asked me what I needed. I told them I was here to pick up my delivery order and would understand if they are busy.
Gave them my information and took them about 15 mins to figure things out. Most of that time was them walking around. Only two pizzas in the oven, nothing on the screen. Phone rang two time while I was there and they didn't even attempt to answer the phone. A 3rd guy came out from the back and asked me what I needed and told him checking on my delivery order. He just said ok and walked out side. The other two that where looking for my order seemed lost (driver was so high, he just stood there forgetting what he was doing many times). They got my order and never asked if I wanted my delivery fee and tip back, since I picked up my own order.
As I was leaving two more employees came out from the back of the store. So there was at total of 5 employees that never bothered to answer any phone calls coming in, or help. I could understand the time it took for my order if they where extra busy. I was very polite and told them from the start understand about being busy, and I never complain about things like this. But after seeing how high the driver was and the extreme lack of work ethic by all employees, it upset me.
I filed a clam and stated all this on the website and no one has gotten back with me.

Read more5-11-2025 I can only recommend never ordering from this Domino's again. I order the same order every time I order suddenly. They have now instituted a $17 Dollar minimum while at the same time having a delivery charge. I am not going to buy something else for $3-$5 more just to get them to drive it 1.7 miles to my house and then charge me $5 dollars for delivering it. It's double dipping when it costs them about $2 to make a pizza. I genuinely hope Marco's Pizza puts you out of business because they didn't treat me this way. I'm also tired of never being able to give 1 good review to this company. You've sucked so bad for so many years now. 9-29-24 I placed an order today at Noon. At 12:45 I called to check on my order, as I love less then a mile from this location. So, they said "We could not make your order we forgot to ask your address.", I said " you have my phone number why didn't you call me?"; They forgot to take my phone number or name also... Or at least write it down... So I go to place the order again 45 minutes after I placed it the first time. And I'm told the 12" sandwich doesn't meet their $17 minimum of delivery. So I canceled my order. Ordered from Marco's pizza. Took less then 1 minute to order and 22 minutes later my food is here from across town, instead of less then 1 mile away. This is why Domino's will not be in business 10 years from now.
It is 3:20 on Sunday afternoon 3-10-23. I have spent 20 minutes on hold without anybody answering. I called Marcos Pizza they answered before their hold message play one full time through.
