I'm not one to bash a newly opened establishment so lets focus on the positives first. It's a nice clean modern location. To be fair, I ordered through the drive-up. The coffee was black, fresh, and hot. My breakfast sandwich was also hot and delicious. The bacon remained crispy on my short drive home. The cheese was melted. I like that the drive through person asked me what bread I wanted. That's a nice personal touch I didn't expect. It was a good comfort food sandwich. Now for the not so positive. The hash brown/potato rounds were terrible. They were hot, but also slightly undercooked, soggy, and greasy. They were under seasoned as well and just didn't taste right. Maybe the oil was old or not hot enough. I don't know. I would have a hard time ordering them again so that's something they need to really work on since potato rounds are a large part of what they serve. And finally there was not a single napkin in my bag. That should be a standard feature for any drive-through or carry-out meal. But they'll improve! Would I go back? Well sure! I want to...
