I was extremely disappointed with my pickup order this morning. I had ordered a day ahead in the app for a dozen maple donuts for a class of 2nd grade students. This morning, I received a text notification that my order was ready. Upon arrival, my order was not ready and the staff informed me that I could not have a dozen maple donuts. But they were not out. I calmly and kindly explained that they were for a class and that maple went along with a tree lesson that we were doing that day. There were many more than a dozen maple donuts visible in the sales case. I was told they had to save them for others because that was a popular flavor. I ate at this location and got a bacon and cheese croissant sandwich,10 count donut holes, and a frozen chai tea. For starters I NEVER write Google reviews but because of my terrible experience I must. Firstly, I ate a bite of the sandwich and it tasted funny so I opted out of not finishing it and tossed it in the garbage and an hour later I have symptoms of food poisoning or an upset stomach (at work) not a pleasant experience. When my stomach finally settles I think hmm...well at least I can eat the donut holes. WRONG! The donut holes were stale! I couldn't believe it! The ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars is because the manager is giving me a refund and was pleasant on the phone. Good customer service. BAD FOOD! Terrible experience. I wanted to use a deal/special that was offered on the app.

Owner first said "No!" without even verifying there was a promotion going on. Quite rude etiquette.

Then, I had trouble signing in and the owner or whoever wouldn't even help me out. Her only response is "it works on my phone so it's not my problem".

That got me so angry that a patron would talk to a customer that way and refuse a sale like that when I showed you the promotion and you have it on your phone too.

These people are not the customer friendly place you want to visit. You're better off with giving your money to another place that actually has friendly...
