Subway — Restaurant in Decatur

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!! HORRIBLE, RUDE SERVICE, ESPECIALLY FROM THE LONG HAIR BEHIND THE COUNTER WITH HIS AIRPODS IN HIS EARS. THIS IS THE 2nd TIME IVE CAME TO DELIVER AN UBER EATS ORDER AND THEY TELL IT ISNT AN ORDER THERE. THEN HE WALKED OFF IMMEDIATELY NOT TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE LIKE IT WASNT HIS PROBLEM. HE WENT ON TO OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT WALKED IN AFTER AND MADE THEIR ORDER. THE ORDER SHORT HAIR MAN CAME UP FRONT AND HE IGNORED ALONG WITH HIS LONG HAIRED FRIEND AND THE CUSTOMER WERE EVEN ASKING ME WERE THEY IN MY WAY BECAUSE I CONTINUED TO STAND THERE THINKING SOMEONE WOULD HELP AND THEY CONTINUED TO IGNORE. DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION CHOOSE ANY OTHER ONE. HIS HAIR WAS DOWN AND IS PROBABLY ALL IN YOUR FOOD. NO ONE WASHED THEIR HANDS. AND THE CUSTOMER WHOS ORDER I WAS PICKING UP SAID SHE CALLED THEM AND THEIR PHONE WAS BUSY EVERYTIME SHE CALLED AND THE PHONE DIDNT RING ONE TIME IN MY PRESENCE. I WAS SO ANGRY THAT I COULDNT DELIVER MY CUSTOMER HER MEAL. AND FROM SUCH DISGUSTING, RUDE, UNSANITARY EMPLOYEES. Close...

I ordered what I usually get at Subway. He told me I owed him $16 for a 6” meal. I told him I was not paying that for a 6” meal. I have never paid that for what I get. He gave me a $2 discount like that was a good thing. Even with the discount I have never paid that. Just ate at the one in Hartselle last week and my husband and I both ate for that. He told me I needed to look at the prices next time before ordering. How rude was that. Will never go back. Guess that is why they stay empty in here. Now I know why. Last time I will go there. I have had bad experiences each time. He is racist against black people, first off. This man was wanting to order, and I walked into the store to wait in line and he ended up telling me to order first. Well, I told the other guy to tell the guy what he wanted and I paid for him. That was about a year ago.

Both times I have ordered any sandwich there, the bread is chewy or stale and there is hardly any meat. Do better....
