7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Decatur

I frequent this location almost daily, and have found that if you don't request "light ice" in the energy drinks, they will completely fill your cup with ice. (Unlike if you order any coffee drinks) Remembering that, I ordered light ice as usual. The girl handing my drink argued with me that I had light ice even after me pointing out a coffee waiting to be handed out with regular ice had A LOT less than mine. After taking it in, I watched the girls scoop some ice out and hand it back to her which made it look like I drank about 20% of my drink already. I sent them back in again. I then watched the girl add water to my drink topping it off making it the absolute worst drinks I've ever ordered from here. I don't mind paying $8 each for my drink, but they obviously have a problem selling you the full amount without ripping you off with a cup full of ice(or water) unless you request different, and even then expect less than you should get. I've tried reaching out to management with no response back. This experience has made me think I will probably take my $400+/month back to Starbucks where you don't have to special order to get what you paid for. I've never had a issue like this at any...

I'll be totally upfront. I've always avoided places like Starbucks, because I despise everything they stand for, especially the pretentious bs. But I stopped here at 7 Brew for the first time today, and I am hooked from here on. Their price for a small iced drink was reasonable enough, it was delicious, and the young lady who waited on me could not have been sweeter. The speed of service was fantastic. We come to 7brew very often and typically we have a decent experience. The last 2 times we’ve come in we have had an extremely rude person at the area to get our drinks. Tonight, I very nicely informed her we didn’t have either of the correct drinks we ordered and the worker literally rolled her eyes, told me it wasn’t her problem and walked away.
