First time I had a bad experience here. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Order taker seemed distracted. Got to window, 6 crew standing around laughing. After 2 minutes they joked around who would come get my payment. Lady came for my Cc ran it and gave me my receipt. No conversation or thank you just walked away and continued her conversation with her teammates still just sitting around. Finally one grabs my food from the window as he saw I was staring at them. He hands me my food and comments ,’you go’ as he stick his face in my window as to intimidate me. I said you missing something. He says in a condescending tone, what’s that. I said my drink. Another crew reached and grabbed it. All that I can tolerate but my food was not the quality I come to expect. First my fries were barely warm. My chicken looked really dark and it was burned. The ends I could not bite into, hard as a rock. The chicken was dry as if either overcooked or old chicken. I got the wrong sauce. Asked for buffalo and got skim sauce. Read moreThe employee named Alex/Alexa had a terrible attitude and implied that I was lying to her when notifying them that they forgot an item from my $95.24 order, stating that she had to review the cameras to verify I didn’t receive my item as if I was trying to scam her, I start giving her my receipt information she cuts me off saying that “she don’t have time to do all of that” instead of taking accountability of their actions and the situation she wants to claim I have an attitude and refuse to help me and to take it up with her boss as if a person that spent $95 dollars with their company don’t have the right to be frustrated about having to potentially drive another 30 minutes back to them just because they could not do their job correctly. This person was unreasonable, unorganized, irresponsible, and did not have the ability to take accountability of their actions. She should not be a representation of any business that’s concerned about the longevity of their organization.

Read more02/02/2025 - A little after 10 pm, I parked up front to do my online order, for the drive thru (I already know that the lobby is closed around this time of night). A worker was sitting in a car (I’m guessing about to leave). I was wandering why the worker & her whole family (in a small blue car) was looking all in my car. The worker & her family wasn’t minding their business & the worker went out of her way to go to the “unlocked door” and lock it (thinking that I was going to go in the building). She then comes from the side of the building (like I didn’t see her) and left, like she should’ve done at first. This whole situation p*ssed me off so I just left & went elsewhere. Lock the door when it’s supposed to be locked and y’all wont be scared that someone is going to walk in while the lobby is supposed to be closed. Night shift needs to be retrained on everything, food and all. Don’t need a response either, there’s no excuse for any of this foolishness. I won’t be back in a while, if that.
Update: Read my whole review before replying as well. The worker was already gone before wile there was still customers inside...
