We bought a Extra Firm mattress (NOT FROM THIS STORE) and wanted something softer so I went to this store May 9, 2025 and bought a Soft mattress. I was told they were having a Memorial day sale. Come to find out the mattress I bought was a clearance mattress (not stated clearly on invoice), Just CE. When we wanted to swap the mattress for a medium, I was told it would cost ANOTHER $328.90. Even though 2 months prior when I called the store to schedule a swap, I was told it would NOT cost anything for the exchange. The salesperson Angel P CONTINUED TIME AND TIME AGAIN making excuses for NOT being able to swap out our mattress. There are no refunds at this store so they have control over you so they DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT HIDDEN FEES. I went on this stores review site yesterday July 15, 2025 and gave a 1 star review explaining this situation, as soon as I submit the review I get a phone call from David Riddle from Birmingham, Alabama (rep with the company). He talked to me like I was an idiot and told my husband that "unless I DIDN'T delete my 1 star review", they "WOULD NOT DO A SWAP" with us. We were already $1,100 in for this mattress, I did the delete that same day, we went to the store in Decatur (same day) and paid them the extra money (another $328.90) because we CAN NOT SLEEP ON THIS CLEARANCE (USED) MATTRESS. On the 15th of July when we went to the store, Angel P wanted to schedule the swap on July 22nd, my husband told her NO because I was having surgery that day. He seen on the computer monitor that it would be delivered on July 23rd. While trying to get ready for surgery, their delivery man (Sammy Mostafavi) called to tell me their delivering the mattress that morning (22nd). APPARENTLY (Angel P) CHANGED the delivery date, on the computer, to July 22nd so we'd have to cancel. I told him NO. He said no problem, we can change it to the 23rd. We FINALLY (after 2 months) got our swap, on the 23rd. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! The Salesperson is full of excuses, condescending,...

We purchased a twin bed-in-a-box mattress from Bill, the manager, the last day of a $100 off sale on these. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing one of these mattresses, but my husband instantly loved it when he laid down on one. When trying out the mattress in the showroom he laid down on a floor model which was a queen size. We didn't realize until after we purchased it and got it home and even slept on it that a regular twin mattress was a different length than all the other size mattresses. It's shorter! The sale had ended the day we purchased it but Bill was so kind and helpful that he let us exchange the mattress for the XL length at the sale price and just paying the sale price difference between the regular size and the XL size. He could have said SORRY, but he didn't, which speaks volumes to me about the quallity of Bill's and this establishment's customer service. I would highly recommend doing business with them. If found all the prices very competitive and absolutely loved the great customer service! And we love the mattress - what a buy for the money. ...

I had bought a full sized mattress years ago at Bedzzz Express but, I had not been in the store in a while. Today I was looking for a twin set for a 14 year old young man. The young man’s mother was in a terrible accident that will keep her in the hospital for many months. The young man was moving in with his aunt who had a room and bed frame but no mattress set. When I entered the store, a woman named Angel greeted me and asked how she could help. She showed me what she had and th price. I told her the story and ask for a really good deal. She made a few calls and gave me the most awesome deal that you can give! So I left the store with Hunter a bed. I was very happy with my visit. I highly recommend Bedzzzzz Express.. Ask for Angel.
