Honestly, if I could give less than one star, I would. These guys showed up in our neighborhood, all friendly, asking what kind of phone carrier we had and making it sound like they had some sweet deals. At first, it seemed legit. They got us to switch three of our lines from T-Mobile to AT&T, and they made it sound like we were going to save money and get better service.
Well, that didn’t happen. Within a couple of days, we had nothing but network issues. We ended up having to go right back to T-Mobile on the fifth day because AT&T just wasn’t working out for us. And then, to add insult to injury, we got slapped with a $265 bill for those three lines even though we only used AT&T for about three or four days.
We tried to reach out to the rep who sold us on this—his name was Moos—and he just didn’t do anything to help. Customer care was useless, too. Basically, these people come to your home, pitch you on a scam, and leave you with a big bill and a big headache. If you see someone offering you some amazing AT&T switch deal at your door, just steer clear. It’s not worth the hassle.

Read moreI was sold a plan, managers said was not possible. The associate that sold it to me that was out for awhile had come back. Said he doesn't just make up prices. Got Internet an cable. Uverse internet an direct TV . Told me it would be $65 with tax. Been in the store many times ! Still isn't right. Was going to charge me $200.to move service's when i told them i was moving in weeks. Then when I talked to the person that sold the package told me it would be $75???? What !!!! That's not what he said. Then told me I could pay $200.... an the bill would be 45 a month! What an no one can explain Talked to dtv after an no one can explan what the 200 was for.
