Denny's Micronesia Mall — Restaurant in Dededo Municipality

I just had the Club Sandwich and I overwhelmingly not enthused. Service was fine, it was the sandwich which truly sucked. First let me clear the air on why .....$12 for a sandwich! For $12 I better get a good sandwich. Nothing about this sandwich justified more than $6.50. It was not a good sandwich. The meat was sparse for $12, the bacon was tiny and I had to hunt to find it, the cheese barely made the trip onto the bread and the bread was not properly toasted...wheat? I didn't ask for wheat????...wheat is notorious as poor toasting bread and the chef decides to give me wheat...without asking.? The sandwich was below expectations for $12 and thus the one star. At $6.50 I would have given it a two star rating...BTW: $3 si a ripoff for iced tea and Dennys is not the only one who ripping peeps off by overcharging 800% for iced tea which cost 17 cents a glass without lemon.

Update: April 17, 2019. I needed a quick late lunch at the mall and didn't want the food court etc so I tried again and this time I was served pretty tepid food, Fried Steak with fries and veggies and toasted bread....it obviously was left sitting under the heat lamp while the server was taking a trip to Tibet...maybe someone turned the heat lamp off because it was not fresh food. If I had not been in such a rush I would have sent it back because it was the entire contents including cold toast. I love Maria! She is the best waitress there! The other people don’t care though.

Tonight…I arrived and stood at the register, waited for someone to arrive, waited 5 minutes or so, and questioned why a “couple kept looking at me”. After waiting for a while, I walked around to the side that had people present. The “couple” looking at me ended up being the waitress/hostess and kitchen staff.

I’m not going to beg for your employee’s time and service when I come there frequently, when they look at me and choose to ignore me until I walk closer to them, and when I spend $500+ a month at your establishment (not proud, but I go out a lot and normally pick up the check for my table). I’m highly disappointed!

She assured she would take care of things. /// Maria is my favorite waitress, and I’ve experienced subpar service in the past, but tonight’s experience was beyond disrespectful! Your staff literally locked eyes with me and ignored me for about 3-5 minutes until I walked toward them and then they wanted to offer services. I left without a meal because I felt disrespected. Shame on you....

Overall experience with Dennys wasn’t good at all. My other half and I ordered two entrees because it was a long day and we were both really hungry. Our server made an unnecessary comment saying, “oh two each?”. That made me feel insecure about what we were ordering. To top it off, two of the food I ordered were RAW. It was the chicken thigh dinner that was raw. We also ordered one of the burgers and for one of them, there was part of the burger meat that was RAW and didn’t realized until we were finished with our meal. The least they could’ve done was given us a discount on that meal or taken it out of our bill. $63 for something that wasn’t even worth it. There’s also bugs flying around, I tried swatting them while I was eating. I think I one flew to my finadene and didn’t notice until I dipped my food into it. I can go to other restaurants that are way cheaper & doesn’t serve raw, and to top that off, no unnecessary side comments from waiters/waitresses! This is my last time I’ll...
