I think this is the only and best cafe in town. The coffee was great, and it was nice to sit outside and soak up some sun in a nice quiet spot. The girl who took our order was great, super friendly and helpful and accommodated all our questions and requests. However when the food came it out, there was room for improvement. We ordered the breakfast scramble, the menu said it came with tots and it didn't have these. The toast was not buttered, nor did it come with butter, so was very dry. They said they freeze their avocado, its really not that hard to serve fresh avo really. And when I got to the end, I was like there's no way there was 2 eggs in that scramble. It was ok and I ate it as I was hungry but I didn't really enjoy the food. Plus we were eating there, and they served the food in large Styrofoam containers and plastic cutlery, so much unnecessary trash and waste when they could have served on a plate. But with all that said, the coffee was great and I would have coffee here again, but I would order something different to eat next time and...
Read moreThis place is a destination. The quality of the food is amazing. They cook everything fresh to order. BYOB (build your own burrito) is a nice option. I ordered the breakfast scramble with steak and avocado. Yum! My iced Americanos were perfect too. I saw the owner Lynn putting icing on the huge homemade cinnamon rolls. They looked delicious. All of the workers were nice too. Emily, Levi (he looks a lot like Elvis Presley) and I don’t recall the other names. The owners Lynn and Willy really take pride in the quality of food and drinks that they create. There are also some fun things to buy in their shop. I especially liked the 406 sweatshirts and tees. I recommend staying at the Old Montana Inn because it is right next door. The minute you wake up, you can walk over and get that good cup of java to jumpstart your day. No need to get into a car a drive anywhere. Lynn and Willy are local residents so please support them. You won’t be...
Read moreWe’ve been on a road trip all over North America for the past 3 months and this is absolutely the best breakfast we’ve had, which was so surprising to us as it’s tucked in a tiny little town! We had the sausage and gravy, Montana burrito, banana bread French toast, scrambled eggs and bacon, strawberry mango smoothies, and the best dirty chai latte I’ve ever had. Decor was modern with lots of plants and greenery. Mandy and Jessica were so friendly, helpful and made the best breakfast. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is passing through!!
They also were super kind to my 3 year old son and even gave him a special little treat that made...
