Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Deer Park

Literally will never order from here again. I’ve ordered here plenty of times before and had a few problems (nothing major) but tonight was the WORST. I ordered 2 simple medium pizzas online and it said it would be done in just under 20mins, but I was surprised and concerned when I got the notification saying my entire order was done in under 7mins.. Thankfully, I had decided I’d do carry out today, figuring they’d be overwhelmed with delivery orders since it’s New Year’s Eve and wanted to make it easier on the staff. So I get there and check the order and my pizzas were SWIMMING in grease. Like I literally tilted the boxes for the employee to see the pile of grease just rolling all over the pizzas and the response was “oh Idk, that’s just probably the sauce”. That’s when I told the employee that I’ve placed the same order plenty of times and my order had NEVER looked like that. So she gets the manager (Alexis/Alexa?) and she acted liked nothing was wrong. So I told her it didn’t make sense how the pizza was done so fast in the first place and that I knew if we tried to eat that pizza, we’d be sick. Then she proceeds to tell me their oven was down so she had to run it through a quicker oven and that even if they remade it, it would still look exactly the same. Idk if that was true or if they were just trying to pump out orders faster but whatever they attempted to do did not work. Ive never seen a pizza look so disgusting in my life. Never giving any to this location domino.id do zero star for this store.Who’s was serving the military attitude manager ‘KEITH’ General Manager need to get fired.he was try to fight and arguing with me when I was pick up my order since.i was ask my name for pick up and I do agree I talked loud little I thought he can’t hear me I do agree I say my name loud little bit.but who know his not happy about it and talk to me very loud and beginning show me his attitude when I was asked who is manager in this store he said he is manager ok.after that I forgot my wallet and going back again I was try to asked do you guys you tap or apple and then he is giving me very bad face and try to arguing with me I’m so scared and ask him to won’t talk to me like that I was trying to defend my self because his attitudes is horrible and the whole store employees to stand by him and yelled me get out the door.ok until assistant manager Karla comes out and yelled me to stop by give me her chance for her and she behalf all store employees and she manager apologized to me.i’m felt so scary and felt having get bad experiences with this location domino.id said never deal with this dangerous place and racist behavior with customers domino anymore.it was really horrible I never even having this issue in my life this is first time when I visited the town and the poor management can argue...

So I had a friend of mine order a pizza from this location at 6:27pm online tonight. After an hour, come to find out, the order had to be remade. That was fine, but when the food got here it was cold and yes I have a picture and no I wouldn’t feed it to the homeless. So I called back explaining the food was cold, without asking for a refund, because I was starving. I was told at 8:34pm, from the fill in manager/supervisor Savannah, that the order would be to my address ASAP and apologized. I called again at 9:10pm asking for my refund, Savannah stated she didn’t have the drivers number and it was already refunded. It actually wasn’t because I paid cash. After waiting to get ahold of the driver, Savannah says the GM reached out and with an attitude “I don’t know what to tell you” because I asked HOW LONG EXACTLY!! Rude right? The best part is when the driver arrived she slowly gets out the car and I say “25”, because that’s what I gave my friend for the $21 order. The driver says with a straight face “I can’t return a tip” 😂. My response was “You’ll be returning the money that came out of my pocket” and with a disgusted look she hands me the money. Such class. I’m in delivery so I get some nights are bad and extremely busy, but this was pure garbage service all around....
