I downloaded the app to get 50% off and the lady at the register told me I couldn’t use the coupon because it will not apply the same day (even though it said “today get 50% off”).
This wasn’t the issue, the issue is the lady’s response when I stated they should change the advertising since it’s inaccurate. She stated “I don’t make the sign” in a rude way.
I clearly knew the lady at the register wasn’t the lady designing the marketing. I then said “I know corporate is responsible for marketing” and she sarcastically said “we are a franchise, we aren’t own by corporate.”
She was rude and needs to be trained on how to deal with customers. She should have simply said “I’m sorry the sign said that and I’ll relay your message/feedback to management.”
Please help your employees learn how to communicate professionally with your customers. I went at 12:30pm today. The other lady working there...
