I’m not sure if warehouse inspection quality is sub par or what but this is the second day that the delivery team has attempted to deliver a swivel chair that isn’t fully functional. At the very minimum, a swivel chair is expected to swivel. I’m surprised that no one at the warehouse is even checking that! For the amount of delivery fee that is paid each time, the least the warehouse can do is to ensure quality is maintained across products sent out for delivery. Coordinating and rescheduling delivery is a whole other issue - delivery team is almost always late and have no consideration for your schedule. They do not wear gloves or shoe covers unless explicitly requested. Love the furniture but getting extremely tired of the whole delivery process! Totally drains the fun out for you.

Read moreBought furniture here and found that there were powder post beetles infested in the furniture. These bugs can spread to the other wood in your house. They infest in the wood fot 1 to 35 years meaning it could be 35 years until you see the bugs again. Have been trying to resolve this issue for the last 3 months but nothing has been resolved. Since its my house and not theirs no one seems to care. Response is super slow and I have to bug the hell out of them just to get a reply . They are obviously trying to avoid the problem. They would not guarantee to take care of the bug problem if it occurs again in my house when it was their furniture that brought the bugs into my house in the first place. Beware when buying furniture from them as you might have the same bug problem and you'll have to live with it for the rest of the your life. They said it had happened before and it happened to me again and might happen to anyone else in the future. There are other good furniture stores around so I would avoid...

We were shopping for dinnerwares at the dinnerware section and putting what we chose (4 pairs of serving spoon/forks) into the shopping basket, while this Michelle dashed to us and yelled loudly at us "THESE ARE NOT SELF-SERVICED!!". She rapidly approached us and grabbed the basket from our hands, and also took the spoons away from my wife's hands, just like we were trying to steal things and got caught by her. We were shocked by her rudeness. I understand these ladies were paid by commission and she wanted to mark as more sales as "hers" as possible, but could you just show some respect to your customers?
