Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Deer Park

I ordered a turkey lettuce wrap and received a stack of lettuce holding what looked like one really depressing slice of turkey and some mayo. The sandwich looked more like a sad snack than an actualy meal. I took the sandwich back and showed them what little meat it had and asked for more. They said that their MEAT PORTIONS ARE SMALL (like a lot of restaurants these days that want to fill you up on cheap bread/carbs but advertise that they're healthy). I didn't mind paying even though I felt completely ripped off because I needed to eat a decent amount of food before returning to work. I was then charged amost $2 for 3 measly, thin slices of turkey. My pathetic sandwich ended up costing me almost $9 + I bought a drink. This place is stingy & a total RIP OFF!!!! Don't get the delivery. Called to check on my delivery and here's how the conversation went.

Me: Just wanted to check the status of my order. JJs: It's there. Me: No, it's not. JJs: Did you check the front porch? Me: Yes. I checked the neighbors porch also. JJs: Are you sure? Me: Yes. Did you take a picture? JJs: We don't take pictures. Me: I have cameras. Didn't see anything. JJs: Hold please. SILENCE FOR 8 MINUTES JJs: We can redo the order and have it redelivered. Me: Redo the order and I'll pick it up. I don't trust your delivery.

I did pick up the order and asked for a refund for the delivery fee and tip. Was told it was credited to my account but that didn't happen.

Damn, I wish those wraps weren't so good! I'll be back. Just won't...

Honestly if I had to give it a star I absolutely would NOT!! Very rude, set my food down on the dirt, got my order wrong several times after I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I've tried calling manager and general manager to get the corporate number and was told to Google it! Even the managers were very rude. I've worked for Jimmy John's before and they were nothing like this when I worked there. It was WAY better!! I tried to call corporate office and they refuse to call back. I'm about to sue, I have had enough and I recommend to NOT even eat here, take your hard earned money somewhere else because I will NOT be buying anything else from Jimmy John's!!! Just RUDE!!!
