Edited 3/22/24 food wasn't sent to me. Called them, they told me my order 181 doesn't exist. Convinced me I called the wrong store. Called back after confirming. No coupon offered for failing to deliver the pizza. Took 90 minutes to get food out. It wasn't the correct pizza. It was two hot honeys when I ordered a hot honey and large BBQ chicken. The pizzas don't even have honey on them, just cheese and pepperoni. Manager wrote on the box like it was some gift. Sure guys!!! Order 181 and then 193. Neither one is correct. Stop writing on the box and deliver the order I placed. Just look at the pictures.
Edited review 2/24/23 - they keep not giving me sauces and it sucks. 15 chicken tenders and one sauce. Don't know what changed. It was consistent for a very long time prior. The food is excellent otherwise.
Edited review 11/3/23 - they are supposedly open until midnight on Google Maps, it's a Friday night and I placed an order after seven months to give them another shot. The website told me I had five minutes left to place an order, so I went ahead and did that. I was told they didn't have a driver at 11:15 pm when the restaurant supposedly closes at 12:00 AM. Why did you allow me to place the order if you have no intention of fulfilling it? Why charge my credit card and have me waste time when I could be placing an order with the competition that actually gives a damn? Having to see an incoming call of someone saying oh sorry we aren't going to actually take your order that we already took is a garbage...
Read moreI called the Marco's in deer park Ohio. After listening to the recording for 9 mins someone picked up the phone and sat it down. Didn't say anything. I knew it would be a long time before it would be delivered and I didn't want to lose my spot so I hung on. For 35 minutes I sat there listening to them and the phone ringing. In 35 minutes the phone rang a total of five times during my waiting. Not once did they answer it. Finally they hung up the phone. Not once did anyone talk to me. They just let me sit there. I called back and had to wait another 10 minutes. Then when it was answered I was up set. I used no foul language. The lady that was getting my problem wrong. Which made me madder. She didn't say anything she just sat the phone down and after another 5 minutes they hung up on me again. I guess you're getting so many internet orders you can just forget about the phones. So old people like myself who are on oxygen and don't use the internet can't order food for his grandchildren. At 740 someone walked up to my door with a pizza (the wrong order) they turned around without knocking and I when I called to tell them what happened and that my 3 year old was past her bedtime at this point, I was told, " well do you want your money back or do you want a pizza?" What's worse is there was negative attitude, honestly even just an apologetic tone would have helped, but attitude and nothing more. Worse customer service from a pizza place in some time. Over 2 hours wait by the time it showed up. Icing on the cake is they didn't have the right crust.
I reached out after being asked to follow up and never received a response. Hopefully they didn't just tell me to reach out so people who see their reviews assume they fixed the problem.
