There is no customer service. If you call: it is a roundabout automated message to only get you to text someone. The texting: a computer who only wants to offer a refund to your āSweetgreen accountā but only if you have one. There is no manager to talk to, no customer service to ask for help. The store constantly violates health code violations. You will never get your full order. Half the time I get half the ingredients I ordered for my salad. Most of the time I rarely get my salad dressing, that my spouse had to look up the ingredients to make it for me because this happened so frequently. Sadly, tonight was it though. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an Uber Eats order today and mistakenly selected the wrong location, 15 miles away. When I arrived to collect my order, the manager told me I had to go to the other location. I asked if she would accept the order if I contacted them, but she refused and insisted I drive to Schaumburg to pick it up.
When I requested to speak to another manager, she claimed she was the only one available and would not remake the order, even if I canceled and reordered. Meanwhile, she was distracted by friends visiting her at work.
While I acknowledge my mistake, her lack of assistance was disappointing, especially for a premium-priced service. Iāve decided to take my business elsewhere.

I examined the salad and it had large pieces of shredded plastic, thick, not plastic wrap. Needless to say I was frustrated she had actually eaten several pieces. I brought a large shredded piece of plastic back to the restaurant and spoke with the manager trying to head off others that might be unknowingly eating chunks of plastic.
