Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

0 stars if i can give it. This was on Super Bowl Sunday February 12, 2023 The order was done online at 3:21PM with a message "order will be ready" pick time at 5:50PM. 50 wings and another 10 wings. Totaling $97.39 / we have the online receipt, with a confirmation number of #336093335.

We arrived at the location in Deerfield Beach at 5:45PM they then signed me up in the front counter and told me to go to the outside patio to wait for the order to come out; which was supposed to be ready for pick up at 5:50.

There were at least 30 people already outside waiting.

We waited till 6:20 and then decided to go home drop off our kids and then my husband would come back and pick up the wings.

We had 3 other couples at our house who were watching the game with us and were hoping to eat some wings as well.

Just to fast forward my husband went back at 6:45 and then waited until HALF TIME of the game, and still nothing with our order.

After 3 hours of delays and waiting, my husband finally asked the guy who was in "charge" to cancel the order. But then the employee who had no clue what was going on, had the audacity to say "are you sure you want to cancel? it'll take about 7 business days to get your money back." My husband then insisted and the employee finally took his phone number down and the order information saying that a manager would call us to do the refund.

I finally get a phone call on the 18th of february but couldn't answer since i was at work, so they left me a voicemail, that a manager want to speak to her. She called back the same day and no luck to speak to a manager; ever since then (today is March 3rd) we still are playing "phone tag" calling the store trying to speak to a manager to get our money back and nothing. My husband went ahead and created a dispute with our credit card hoping that we will AT LEAST get our money back from this horrible experience.

I also run a business and i understand how a day like super bowl could be the busiest day for this restaurant; if this location knew that they would be short staffed or not capable of delivering these orders, they should've not made online orders eligible for that day and give priority to the guests dining in. All in all this created a horrible situation not just for me but for the other people that were there for...

Inherently, there's nothing off the top of my head that I can point to which is truly all that bad or so terrible about this place, but if I am going to keep this evaluation as one that intends to be completely fair & unbiased then, at the very least, I must note that this location suffers from several external factors that, quite frankly, affect the overall atmosphere & quality of the place & overall experience that one has here. Frankly put, the location sucks, and therefore it ends up being a sports bar that has very few to no regulars, no consistent customer base & a staff that changes so frequently that I don't even know if they remember having worked there. The food is mediocre at best, which would be normal or usual for most low to mid-level business food chains, however I also find that the portions are small & even though it is not a pricy place overall, the truth is most menu items seem $1 to $3 overpriced. Furthermore, their wings are average, which for a place that's named Buffalo Wild Wings (& that which also has no buffalo's or anything wild going on there, you would think that they would get that down to a tee. Service is more than adequate, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for a meal or a pick-up order, nor have I ever gotten bad service from a waiter or been ignored by the bartender while trying to get a drink. However, with that being said the truth of the matter is that the place is nearly almost always empty. Let me finish by putting it like this...it's empty by 9PM most nights, rarely ever makes it open past 11PM, is empty during the playing of the Super Bowl & quite frankly, even at the Grand Opening several years ago they didn't even have enough people turn out to give away all their prizes or the coveted free meals for a year promotion & ticket books that they always hand out to their first however many guests show up early to get those. This was an EPIC FAIL by the upper corporate brass to put this location here, and while I was originally psyched to be getting a sports bar nearby my house, it has been a relative "non-game-changer" for our...

I normally don't like to leave bad reviews even though it was bad. This time I find it absolutely necessary that I inform everyone and anyone who wants to visit this Buffalo Wild Wings. My gf and I went during happy hour, our server Tyler was "taking care of us." He took our drink order and food order, dropped it off. Then never came back to check up on us. The bar was well staffed. With 3 bar tenders and two servers and it wasn't packed. We drank our drinks, Tyler never came to check on us. He did have another table. Twenty minutes later, still empty drinks on the table. Not Tyler nor anyone else asked us for another round. Another 10 minutes and nothing. So a total of about 30 minutes have gone by without our server Tyler. We would see him hunched over at the bar conversating with the other employees checking in on the other table he had. We asked someone cleaning the windows to ask the bar tender to bring us another round. Another 5 minutes, then Tyler comes with one drink. We ask him for the other drink. He says, "Oh they'll bring you the other one." Not the round that we had to ask. Tyler disappears on us to head to the back, the bar, his other table - but never our table. My gf had to get up ask the bar tender for my drink and the check. They bring us the check but no drink, they (the two bartenders) came and apologized when they brought the check that they hadn't seen the order for our second drink but had removed it from our bill. But did up charge her drinks when Tyler never told us they would up charge my gfs drinks to make them margaritas. Her drinks were supposed to be $4 each. They ended up being $8 each. $16 total for 2 house margaritas.

Guys, DO NOT waste your money or time at this place. I know I will never...
