Dandee Donut Factory — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

Even though dandee donuts bakes donuts fresh daily, donuts were over cooked were not soft I called the next day he said over phone employee to come on Tuesday and speak to girl name was mentioned and they be replaced so didn’t make it out Tuesday but make it a couple weeks after that called on phone about order and got hung up on. Went in to Deerfield location saying weren’t cooked to perfection. I was told to come to come in and they’ll take care of it for me and then went in a couple weeks later employees said that day with me they said they replace them and then they told me now that they can not replace donuts do it because too many people call and say that just to get free stuff found this insulting as if I was lying well donuts weren’t tasting fresh so paid 1399 for them and they said no sorry we can’t replace the donuts for you. Mind you didn’t bring the donuts back from two weeks ago but I called them at the time Let them know that they didn’t taste soft and fluffy and fresh though when got there to dander donuts they didn’t really care too much to make sure I was satisfied which didn’t appreciate especially since put in a phone call weeks earlier sure there was aware that there was me that phone call yet when I arrive they just offended themselves and really didn’t care what was saying is the customer was happy or not which don’t respect and will not go back because of this except they said that the same Baker same and he didn’t do anything wrong so basically my complaint to them was no big deal which I didn’t appreciate because you take the complain to take it serious donuts one freaking day weren’t tasting bad so donuts were in good standing they say no we had the same cook come on tell you the donuts weren’t good they they not freaking good that day. What part don’t you understand you think I’m making it up well now you have this review to show that I’m pissed that you didn’t take it seriously and I wasn’t making it up. Now won’t be going back there so it’s a bit pricey even for a bagel they charge 250 so if you got for bagels you would pay like 11 or $12 for only 4 which makes no sense so their prices on their donuts and their bagels are high for inconsistency. So Dandee donut in Deerfield for not doing the right thing which was said one thing on the phone and then done something else when arrived. Now not only do you have a bad review but you’ve lost $13.99 that I was getting weekly from there because the inconsistency of the donuts and not replacing them the way that they needed to be even with the cash or with the donuts I would’ve taken either but now you lost the customer and now you have...

I wanted to get a quick bite and I’ve been feeling nauseous in and out so my husband went in to get two bagels. Of course within two mins of ordering I feel extreme nauseous and I am in need to immediately leave. I been a manger before at a restaurant so I am aware of how everything runs for being in the industry for so long. Within two mins we had to cancel the order. Just to get a receipt, the new hire wanted to take an extra ten minutes, talk down on us in front of the entire restaurant and to the cooks for what. Is this how you want to row sent a restaurant. On top that of that police enforcement was involved for a refund within two mins that we still needed to get that we haven’t even received after leaving. If you are running an industry that cannot process refunds shouldn’t even be in business. Extremely unprofessional and not allowed the have the mangers number when is straight up insulting us over a refund when we ordered the food within 2 mins. If she doesn’t like working there that isn’t our problem. Do ur job or find a new job but to be paying an employee who doesn’t even have basic customer service is outrageous. Give other people the opportunity to work who deserve it. On top of that finally we were given a receipt without a processed refund that had the inaccurate amount after 20 mins so we can call the manager the next day. We been going there for years and you can best believe we will never been returning again or recommending this...

I love love love Dandee's Donuts!! Such unique donut flavors, and it's awesome that they're open 24/7. Been there before a few times and was never disappointed until last night (02/26/2020).

My bf and I went there because I was craving donuts and some food. The young lady last night showed no interest in working, took our order while she was listening to music on her phone. When she made my white chocolate latte (which I've gotten before), consistented of 90% milk, and a splash of what tasted to be old coffee. I say this becauseiI watched her make it. I asked her nicely if she can make a new one, since it only tasted like milk,aand she seemed confused about it, and offered to put another shot of espresso, I said that should be fine I guess.... And it still tasted like plain milk. The eggs in my bf's sandwich were not cooked properly as it looked like some of the egg white was still raw. Both of us barely finished our food, I didn't even drink half of my coffee and left. Later on that night, I got sick from the poorly cooked food. It seemed like her and the cook didn't want to be there that night.

I'd still go back to them because this was the first time I've had a not so great experience with them. I love Dandee's, and I hope the two workers last...
