Smoothie King — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

I’ve been coming to this smoothie king almost every week for 2 years. I order the same thing everytime I come through the door. At ALL smoothie king locations but especially this one right by my house I come to the most. I WAS a regular and I had nothing but great experiences until today. I was met with a rude lady named “Jamesha” according to the receipt who refused to give me the same smoothie I order every single time I come in. Every week. For 2 years… She told me she would not make the smoothie that I ordered and was rude and yelling at me from across the counter even though nothing about the menu had changed. She would not make it. After paying she went out back and waited to make my smoothie making me wait 15 minutes for my order after already paying and tipping. I was a regular here I would never return to any place with such rude staff to their loyal customers. How as an employee could you yell at someone trying to order food and tip you. I’ll never be returning to this smoothie king again.

I would like to say thank you❤ to the Hispanic young lady who served me. From the receipt I was given, I know her name is Elizabeth. She was very nice to me and even helped me with the language barrier that I face with every day as I don't know much English and am using Google Translate. Very wonderful knowing that I can speak in my native tongue and still be serviced quality service. I loved the smoothie she recommended as well!❤

Furthermore, I feel like you guys should take care of your workers more. There was a white lady who called her a racial slur under her breath as she got her smoothie. I feel like Elizabeth deserves a raise as she appeared to handle the situation very professional and was still kind to the lady. I visited the Smoothie King located at 792 S Federal Hwy, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441, on a Sunday morning after a motivating cross-training session. Unfortunately, my experience was dampened by the lack of enthusiasm and responsiveness from the staff member on duty.
