Jenny the general manager with out a name tag is mean rude and racist. She serviced my sister in law and gave her under cooked chicken nuggets 2 sauce cups for two meals and refused to give her her name when she asked for it saying that “ people may try to look me up” which is weird what a pathetic excuse for a public service worker. My sister in law was not rude and was completely lied to about prices that are not on the menu. She was told to go around and pay for more syrup in her lemonade, but then also told that she couldn’t even get the syrup added so which one is it? Lol shameful. Why would she have to go back around when she was already at the window then this 65 year old looking woman ( I mention she because you would think she would know better) then walked away as she was talking to her but then ( we did an experiment ) just to see if she was just rude or racist I went thru the drive thru maybe a little later I asked for my food hot I asked for several sauce cups and I asked for her name to thank her properly for making my food fresh ( which she didn’t make for my sister in law I’m the same race as geriatric Jenny ) and she gave me her name yet she wouldn’t give it to my sister in law. It’s honestly the Principal. We will report her until we know she’s been reprimanded. She was rude and a liar serving under cooked food who needs to be exposed. I’ve reported her and so has my sister in law. Your racist in 2023 grow up! Wendy’s...
Read moreBy far the WORST Wendy's I have ever been to. The manager (middle aged lady with long blonde hair) is so incredibly rude to her employees and the customers. The inside was open and 4 people were in line. She tells her employee "Take 1 order up at the front and that is it. No more." loud enough for all the customers to hear. Then they make the customers wait anywhere from 5-10 minutes (we timed them) between orders so they can take care of the drive thru.
I get it. Times are tough and it's hard to find people to work, but she doesn't even acknowledge the customers in line. If she would just pop her head out and say "I'm so sorry, we are short staffed, we will be with you shortly", it would make it better. Instead she just barks orders from the drive-thru window.
The worst part was she made one of the employees lock all the doors with customers inside because she didn't want anyone else coming inside. 2 landscaping guys were able to get in when another customer was leaving and the manager yelled "How did you even get in here, the doors are locked? You need to leave." While they could clearly see everyone else in the restaurant eating.
Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald's a few buildings down. They are so much faster inside and at the drive-thru and so much nicer to...
Read moreWent inside to get myself lunch and was met by a very sweet young lady with curly brown hair in a ponytail and brown eyes and I told her my order and she was ringing it in when she was having some troubles with the touchpad and told me "I'm so sorry I'm new I'm just having a bit of trouble" and called to her coworker or boss which her name was rose or something like that and she stormed over acting like this little girl had ruined everything and told her that is not that hard and to get her act together and then have me the nastiest damn look like I was bothering her or something then told this young girl (I think her name was gianna) "you need to get your act together this is the second time today and your making a lot of people mad get your ears checked or your gonna be fired" this poor girl only responded with "I'm sorry mam" and then turned to me and from the look in her face she looked so devastated. The food is good and all and the dining room is spotless but after talking to some people who've been here before the employees don't get treated well and that little girl apparently works two jobs to help pay for her sickly fathers medical bills. I like Wendy's but I won't support this abuse in...
