Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Defiance Township

When I went in the employees were not busy. Just kind of standing around talking. And I asked the lady at the counter what the specials were in the store and what the specials were online. At that time she told me what the specials were inside the store and told me the specials for online and then said they don't do online ordering. I kind of stood there. Shocked and said what do you mean you can't order online? Get the specials for the store. She said you had to order in the store.

So I went ahead and bought my pizza. Was wanting to do online because they had a great special and I wanted the emergency pizza which I didn't get either one. When a different lady handed me my pizza she turned around and walked away quickly and I said I just sat here for 15 minutes while my pizza was cooking and realized you can order online and get the specials. I said I was informed that I could not do that I said. Is there any way to give me a correction in the price and give me an emergency pizza. I was told in a very irritated tone that I must have misunderstood her and she turned around and walked away.

Wow, definitely not ever going there again and we'll be reaching out to corporate. Seems how they're all about customer service on all their ads and commercials. Well. Backstory they're just like every other crappy place. All they care about is the money and I'm assuming she didn't want me to get them on special. She would rather have me pay more in store.

Beware. Stay away. The staff is horrible. Lazy and informs everybody so they can make more money. And the food was...

I just ordered from here, and I have to say how incredibly impressed I am by the service, quality, and how quickly I received my order. As soon as I paid for it it was being prepared, was put in the oven and ready all within 15-20 minutes. Got it delivered and had my order within 30 minutes of placing the order. I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks. I brought it inside and checked it. The pizza was perfect! The toppings were perfect and it was even cut all the way! The best part was the exact amount of sauces I ordered on the side were correct! (That never happens anytime I order pizza delivery) My driver Madeline, was so kind also. She greeted me with a smile and even said to have a great day. I know that should be just common courtesy however I feel like it is rare now so I appreciated it a lot especially since today was a challenge hence me choosing to get food delivered instead of cooking. So I just want to say a huge thank you to this location and the staff....

Called in an order for pick up, the gal I spoke with said 20 25 minutes max. I got there after 25 minutes and they said that it will still be another 20 minutes WTH...so i order some items myself got a sub for some reason domino's this may seem confusing but keep with me you can add items to a sub that are not originally part of the sub....but for some crazy reason you can't ask to add an item that is already part of the sub such as double peppers. Does this make sense. I'm willing to pay extra for double veggies, but they can't do it....dealing with this domino's on several different occasions. I would not suggest this location, maybe drive the extra distance to a different domino's for better service...
