We placed an order for this location as we expected the food to be better than our Sun Prairie location as it typically is. I placed the order in SP, gave extra departure time considering it is a Friday night. Got to the store within 35-40min of placing it. Couldn’t get help from the teenager behind the counter at first, observed a couple of other teenagers messing around while sitting in the car waiting for my wife. After 45min of waiting I swapped places with my wife. Within about 10 extra minutes of being in the store my food was served, served cold. My first response was to be respectful to the employees and ask for a manager, once I got the manager I asked for a refund/void transaction due to the wait. The manager proceeded to argue with me explaining the time stamp eta in the app that he kept bumping back to allow time for a 10 pizza order. I asked again, he then offered a discount coupon. I explained I wasn’t going to return to this franchise location. Only AFTER threatening a review was a refund on the table, his response to me mentioning I was going to leave a review was “you don’t need to threaten me”. To which I replied, I tried to reason with you 3 times. I know being in the food service industry customers can be rude and awful. However, when I present a respectful request I generally expect compliance. People don’t get anywhere being rude.
The bottom line. Being respectful I shouldn’t have had to do a back in fourth. Just issue the transaction void. It’s that simple. It isn’t worth risking negative perception of the town you serve… It’s $30 my...
Read moreDon't use a card at this place!! Food is good enough but the service sucks (or at least the system they are using). I've had a couple of times when the card fails to be submitted correctly (because you can't enter the three digit code on the back online) and they have to call again to rerun the card. This has happened several times. Today, however was a new low. After they had already delivered my pizza, they realized the card didn't go through (because of the 3 digit code) and came back to my door to have me pay for it again. Except this time, I couldn't use a card because the order had already been delivered or something. I didn't have cash on me (which is why I used a card in the first place) so I then had to run out and get cash from an ATM. I ordered delivery so that I wouldn't have to go out. I could maybe understand the system failing to run the card once or twice (then it's time to get a new system), and even coming back to my door so that I can pay for it. But not even accepting the card and making me go out and get cash?!? Yeah, will not be ordering...

I ordered the Garlic Knot Breadsticks and asked for extra Garlic sauce (What they put on the dough) and got it, but kind of confused the person who took my order and forgot to also add the marinara sauce. Comfort Inn has a deal with PH; we get a free pizza/breadsticks after a certain amount of signatures and the delivery guy said to re-use the coupon because he messed up the order. Plus, he also went back to PH and got me the marinara sauce and brought it back in less than 5 Min. Way to go! You guys are awesome. I believe the guy said his name was Matt....or it could have been Nick.....either way, they DID AWESOME to make me feel like a valued...
