I have been pretty satisfied with this Domino’s until tonight. I am a fairly regular customer, and tonight my family of four needed dinner quickly, as we were trying to get some things accomplished around our house. I placed the order at 5:15, for a pickup time at 6:15, so my fiance would be able to swoop in and grab our dinner on his way home. He arrived at 6 and went inside, just to see if it was ready early by chance (this is typically the case for us here). They said it was being made and would be ready at 6:15. He said that was ok and he’d come back in. He comes back in at 6:20 and they said the ticket isn’t showing up on the screen now but they’d make it right then (after he’d already waited 20 min outside under the impression it was already cooking). My confusion is this: Why would you not check that it would be ready at the appropriate time when he came in, and why did you say it was being cooked when it hadn’t even been started? I provided an hour’s notice so we could have dinner on time and he didn’t end up getting our food until 6:40, which is almost 30 minutes later than our food was scheduled to be picked up. Needless to say we had hungry, grumpy children waiting to be fed, and it was frustrating to not have dinner ready even though we planned in advance. I understand being busy, but that’s why I planned over an hour in advance. I suffer from a gluten allergy, and as the only reliable pizza option in town I will undoubtedly be back. But I am sorely disappointed in the experience we...

Read moreI ordered two sandwiches and some Parm bites. Our order was ready early. We got to the window and I gave the guy 2 extra dollars and he takes my money and leaves my boxes at the window and he disappeared for 2 minutes. He comes back and tries to give me my 2$ back and I say that is for you. So he says thanks and ties to pass me those 3 long boxes out the window. Well they start sliding and one hits the ground outside the window and one falls in the floorboard of the car and the sandwich slides across the floor. The guy behind me gets out and grabs my bites. That box didn't open, just rolled on the ground a bit. So I say. I guess just let me get another Italian sandwich. I will pull back around. It takes me at least 5 minutes to get back around and when I go in, he is just standing there at the register waiting on me. So I step up and pay for a replacement sandwich and he says 10 minutes. No sorry, no dang that sucks, nothing! So I sat there and watched them make Two more pizza and then they started my replacement sandwich. It was definitely more than 10 minutes. How about some bags to prevent this in the future. But I am not sure I will be back...
