Ordered for the first time using the app. Can you say, disaster? Arrived at restaurant six minutes after ordering to an employee telling me they didn't receive my order, and that I didn't order using the Arby's app. A different employee approached and while explaining to me that I need to cancel the order in the app, my order popped out of the register. The employee proceeded to tell me that they would not have any beef until 4 pm, almost one hour after I placed my order! I explained that I don't live in town and returning at 4 pm would not work for me. She proceeded to set the order ticket on the counter, reminded me to cancel the order in the app, and she walked away to work on something obviously more important. Of course, there is no way to do this on Arby's sub-par app. So I paid $24.04 for food I didn't even receive. I called Arby's when I got home, and Sharon told me the money will be refunded. Either way, we won't be returning to Arby's and will NOT recommend their app. The rudeness of the restaurant employees was disgraceful.    Read moreI have been going to Arby's since the early 80's. I have always loved their food and thought it a good value for the price. I always order the same thing. Beef and cheddar on a sesame bun. I went to an Arby's last week, and thought I would splurge on a beef and cheddar double meal because I had my dogs with me and they end up getting half my food after they eat their sliders. Supposedly double the meat and cheese right? WRONG! I could not even see the meat on the bun. The curly fries...there was 1. The rest were short little fries...not curly at all. It was $12 for LESS meat than you get on a classic beef and cheddar, and regular uncurly fries...🤪 I'm hoping this was a fluke, or misunderstanding. I will give them another shot and see if they do...

So when I pointed this out to the guy it seemed like he was upset that I told him and then remade the sandwich and still made it wrong. I wanted no onion and lettuce and didn’t say I didn’t want tomatoes so there were no tomatoes at this point I just took the sandwich and left. But again the lady upfront was amazing she put the order in correctly it just was not made right.
