(This happened several weeks back before the NHL playoffs started but I'm posting now as corporate never bothered to make it right)
Make pick up order online, get confirmation saying ready for pick up. Arrive in what is clearly the midst of a shift change. Keep being told our food will be ready in just 10 more minutes this happens 3 times by two different people. I finally get mad and ask what is going on and why y'all would pad your metrics without actually making the food. Pick up counter person goes back to check. I'm not happy, she's not happy. The two other people waiting for their food aren't happy. Turns out kitchen just never bothered to make our food I presume due to shift change (but if I handed off my shift to the next shift like that in the oncall job I have, I wouldn't have a job very long). Another actual 20 minutes later and total elsaped time of 50 minutes standing there looking like a fool, food in hand, onion rings burnt, wings not in the right sauce. Just forgot that celery and carrots were added to order. I was supposed to pick this up and be home in time to watch hockey and don't even want to know how much worse it would've been had we tried to dine in.
Bdubs was always good food but that was the first and last time I will get wings from this store and judging by the reviews, I'm far from the first person a lack of service culture at this store...

I'd to start by saying I've been to several Bww locations and have been a customer for years. And love B dubs but I've found over the last couple years this location is on a down hill spiral and nearly at the bottom. I can't imagine this location making it more then a year.
I was at this restaurant a couple weeks ago and it will be my last time until things change. The place stinks, the tables are always sticky the carpet is black, menus are gross. You don't even need to enter the store, just try to look through the nasty windows. I challenge a person from corporate to visit this store, unannounced. Try to make it through a meal without feeling ill. This places needs a complete shut down and through cleaning and rehire of staff. Because quite frankly if they aren't seeing the issues, they have no business been in that line of work.
Please fix this location. I'd love to see it not go under. Also last visit there was only one other table with guests the entire time we were there.
Lastly the service sucks. The food came out cold. Also you would think as being one of two tables we would have quicker service. It took ten mins to have the waitress come back so we could pay the bill. This was only after asking the other server to find the waitress.

Read moreWorst dining experience I’ve ever had. Got there at about 6:50pm and did not get our food until about 7:40pm. Our food was cold, they couldn’t make a PLAIN cheese quesadilla. They put tomatoes and onions on it so they need to educate their cooks or waitresses on what PLAIN means. The server showed no empathy and tried to justify us waiting on our food for over an hour with letting us know they redunked our basket of fries. That’s great but my wings were half cooked or so cold from sitting out for almost an hour I felt like I just pulled them from the fridge and my girlfriends wrap was about the same temperature. Your waitress seemed to either not care enough to ask how our food was or ask if there was a problem when we piled up our dishes with barely any food missing nor did she ask about anything while she watched me scrape off all the onions and tomatoes in our plain cheese quesadilla. Your incompetence and lack of empathy is why this restaurant will not be getting any more of my business ever again. Thanks a lot waitress wearing the Rizzo Jersey. You officially did a terrible job and your cooks are right up there with you....
