This Dominos is notorious for getting my online order wrong, each and every time. This is the final straw and will no longet be giving them my money or business. My husband ordered food last night around 10:30pm. He ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta for me and for himself, he ordered the Italian Sandwich with extra pepperoni. Let me start on my pasta. There was hardly any sauce on my pasta and hardly any chicken. Not to mention, the bowl is half empty. It looked like someone took a few bites of my pasta and boxed it up. My husband didnt even get the right sandwich. Instead of an Italian sandwich with extra pepperoni he got the Chicken Habenero. A SANDWICH HE DID NOT ORDER!!! He got on the phone and talked to one of the employee about his order. When my husband asked about my pasta the employee told him they were cutting back on produce but still keeping it the same price. So yeah, giving us less food for the same price. Seriously? When he brought up his sandwich, the employee kept bringing excuses saying someone could have made it wrong or it was the driver who was at fault. My husband then demanded a refund of our meal. This employee's service was infuriating as he didn't try to make it better or give us an explanation on why our food came to us the way it did. I praised Domino and their food but this was beyond disappointing. This location is an embarrassment and it seems like their employee's don't want to keep business and couldn't care less in the way they prepare their food. Read moreThis rating is directed directly to the female manager and the female employee who found dismissing my complaint on missing items from my delivery order the way to handle a customer's needs. The female employee was rude from the get go when i asked to speak to her manager she came back and said the manager wanted to know what I wanted she didnt even come to the phone and speak directly to me so instead told the employee to tell me since I didn't call exactly when I received only half my order that there was nothing that could be done end of story. I explained that I did call and that since it was delivered at midnight the store had already closed for the night or atleast stopped answering the phone making it impossible to make my complaint. I was left stunned but to top it off the lack of respect I had received when I asked the employee to ask her manager for her bosses name and number the manager told her to tell.me I can find it myself on the website!!! Reminder the manager never spoke to me the entire conversation was done through the employee. Read moreThe Del Rio TX location messed up our order tonight. First of all I prefer to order from the app but this location doesn’t allow online ordering. So I had to call the store directly. (I like the accuracy of the app and being able to pay online).
After repeating myself several times the employee on the phone hurried through the call, didn’t give me a total or repeat the order at the end of the call. Upon delivery we were missing one pizza. The delivery guy practically ran to the car as I was asking about the missing pizza. Then we called the store directly again. The person on the phone wasn’t very helpful and refused any help. We asked for the manager. The manager claims the problem was we didn’t order the second pizza. (I had 3 other family members present while I was on the phone that heard me). They didn’t offer any help even though we said we wanted the pizza. We were WILLING to pay for it. They didn’t even offer to make one.
