Subway — Restaurant in Delafield

The employee today July 1, 2022 informed me that the coupon for a Get a FREE footlong when you buy ANY footlong sub will not work at their location in Delafield, Wisconsin. The coupons were delivered this week to our mailbox. He said, " We no longer accept those coupons" The sign was posted and was taped to the glass near the food preparation area. He then stated the cost to them was too high now to honor those coupons. First of all, perhaps this franchise might tape it to the front door so people can just leave and go to another Subway that does take the coupons. I said I don't want anything, I left when he started putting the sub paper down to make me a sub. Not very interested in going back to this one though. Will find one that takes the coupons and become loyal to that Subway franchise. They are everywhere no worries! :) :-0 CAUTION: The coupon says: Redeemable at participating U.S Restraurants......they legally got that covered. You.must know which ones takes these coupons....

This is my favorite Subway. Excellent customer service and the food of course is so yummy! I have gone to many Subway's and this is the ONLY one that can make a wrap the right way. Specifically, the new chicken pesto mozzarella. Some other locations will wrap it like a baseball, not drain the meat (or even ask if I want it drained), don't cut it in half, argue with me about the cost of the cheese (fresh mozzarella is included in the price of the sub, something I learned from this amazing Subway!), not even know how to make it, etc. It has made me appreciate this store location SO much more. I didn’t appreciate being yelled at in front of other customers by the employee when I walked in yesterday on 3/28/22 saying they were closed.. At 1pm.. and continued to yell sarcastically from the counter “You must have missed the sign that’s posted on the door” While he was making a sandwich for another customer and another eating at a table. It might have been posted but so was 13 other things. I said ok and turned around. He yelled something unintelligible as I was already outside. I used to go there a lot,...
