This is ridiculous if I could give a zero star I wouldn’t even given the one. Employee Isabella super rude. Got two açaà bowls and the toppings were not what I had asked for I kindly said can u fix this for allergy reasons my daughter can’t eat blueberries and on her bowl there was. She said immediatly I don’t see what’s the problem I said it again. She said couldn’t do anything about the situation. She has a boss and he doesn’t let her do another bowl without it being paid. Once again I said like really do you want me to pay for another bowl but I’m giving you back the balls I have in my hands. Also, by this time, those are already water down, I show her she said she can’t do nothing about it that her boss doesn’t let her do nothing. The other young lady offered to call her boss, then the same girl that started this issue said I just talked to my boss and he said he can’t do anything right now that he’ll get back to me I asked for his number she said she couldn’t give it to me, she said at this time I don’t know what the problem anyways, just ridiculous how this business is been running I left the water down bowls there with no money back and no new bowls. You are losing A LOT of business because of your painfully slow drive through. It’s the slowest drive through of any business I have ever dealt with in my life and it is consistently this way. Whether there is 1 car or 5 cars it takes at least 20 minutes even if you are the only car. I have waited up to 45 minutes before giving up with only 3 cars ahead of me. I constantly see cars give up and leave the drive through.
Your product is good, the people working there are generally nice but the speed is cutting your profits in half or worse. I’ve been to other smoothie places including other Smoothie Kings and this is the only location with this problem.
Sadly it would usually be faster for me to drive to orange city to your competition, park, walk in, order, wait for my smoothie, sit down and drink it and drive back to deland then going through your drive through.
I hope you get it together because I want you to stay in business. Best wishes.

   Read moreOriginally I wrote a great review especially because of the girls that work there they have great customer service skills are usually friendly. Today when I went the owner of this location was there he actually charged me $0.16 for an extra cup which does not happen at any location but of course I don't care because $0.16 is nothing, it's just a moral of the point. He then had an issue with a discount card that is valid through November of 2017 and was purchased at a high school for a fundraiser (which may I add this is the closest location to that High School, and he was trying to turn me to Sanford to use it which I actually have used in Sanford without a problem as well as Daytona Beach) talk about counting Penny's. It's a huge turnoff to see the owner acting so desperate for every little penny. If you can't afford it, don't own the business.
