Arby's* should be the name of your establishment.
The beef was flavorless and colorless I was reminded of my only one Arby's* visit, never have returned to that beefless experience. I only could taste black pepper, no italian flavor in the italian beef.
The meal with some add-ons was $16.05!! Very expensive, and poor quality. Five or six ounces for the biggie! Shame on you👎 Greedy business practices.
Please call Culver's purveyors and order their Cheddar cheese sauce, there's is superior to yours, by a long shot! Your's is just warm yellow chemicals, No taste either... Must say the fries were good, but I should have left the warm yellow chemicals off of them, I mean the cheddar cheese sauce.
I ate two bites, couldn't face the rest of it.
I would like my money back but I live in Genoa City and I don't get to Delavan often.
I gave you 2 stars only because of your courteous and professional, staff.
Note to Staff; Staff you're wasted in this establishment. Seek employment in a restaurant you can be proud of and not ashamed of.
Note to owners; Sorry, this is only the second time I've given a negative review. You have a niche. Exploit it by supplying your customers a culinary experience out of this world. They'll come back and tell their friends. A win, win, on...
Read moreI ordered the Italian beef & it was good to me, my wife is from Chicago & she was displeased saying it's nothing like Chicago style she gave the rest to the youngest, the fries were way too SALTY, I managed to brush some fries of salt & it was good, would of been great if less salt was put on them, I did test everyone's fries & they were too salty & they didn't finish their fries because of all the salt. The oldest ordered the gyro sandwich & it tasted like from a box, I looked to see if they had a broiler for the gyro meat & saw one but no meat on it & was spotless, so it told me she could be right & it might be box meat. I'm not from Chicago so it tasted good to me except for the fries. I've had Chicago Italian beef & it's not the same, it was good to me like I said, I would go to flippys in Burlington WI where u see the gyro meat on a broiler & cut right in front of u. If u like salty fries & to me good Italian beef this place is for u, I'm sure the other food is good but I won't be back to try it, I asked if the onion rings were fresh & she told me no the are frozen, so that tells me alot. The fries might of been to salty because the kids that work there don't care or love their fries with lots of salt. Go to Flippys in...
Read moreAs a Chicago-area native who grew up on Portillo's Italian beef, I'll admit that I've become a bit of a beef-snob. For a while now, I've been contemplating stopping in, and tonight I finally decided I needed to give Brodie's a valid try. My first intuition was to make another choice because the joint was empty, and that usually sets off the ding-ding in my head to walk away. But I thought maybe this was because they're tucked away past 'the turn,' which makes them a little more off the beaten path of normal traffic flow. I'm SOOOO glad I proceeded! 1. The young lady who took my order was courteous and thoughtful. 2. My order was up before I could finish reading all the fun signs. 3. She gave me a free upgrade to a large fry. 4. The fries were hot, crispy, and salty. 5. The beef... oh the beef! I didn't think I'd be able to find a place that matched Portillo's, but hallelujah I found it!! The bread, the au jus, the peppers, the meat. Just perfect. I will DEFINITELY be back to try the gyros and burgers (from reading the other reviews, it sounds like I won't be disappointed there, either). Everyone who loves their Italian beef needs to go...
