I typically don’t leave reviews, but the Delevan Starbucks deserves a 5, specifically Lazarus. I go to the Delevan Starbucks often, and almost always around 6 in the morning, even at an early hour, I am always meet with great customer service. More than just great customer service, these employees go above and beyond. About a week ago, I went through the drive through, and upon ordering I realized I left my wallet at Walmart. Lazarus was extremely understanding, let me take my drink, and come back and pay. Upon coming back (with my wallet) he said the drink was on the house. I placed a mobile order this morning. When I arrived, my food was ready but not coffee, which isn’t a big deal. I waited around for about 10 minutes as I watched two employees stand around and make maybe one or two drinks during this time. Nobody said anything to me. Finally, I went to the front to check on the status of my coffee. Instead of being greeted, the lady stood and stared at me for at least 15 seconds without saying a single word. For multiple days in a row the Black Tea I have purchased is as light as the Green Tea I purchase. I am paying $4+ for a Tea I would appreciate that it is mixed properly and I'm not just paying for water. It should taste like tea at this price nit straight water.
