Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Delaware

Okay, so let me tell you about two people here. Telo and Alicia. They were absolutely amazing. Myself and two friends came in on a trip to the beach for dinner and Alicia noticed there were no hosts, so she sat and served us. She responded phenomenally to our humor and began to have small conversations with us and make jokes and being super, super nice all around. Now enter Telo. Doing much of the same as Alicia, she came over and had small conversations and was incredibly fun, nice and funny. The both of them were astounding and did not only their jobs, but far beyond that, making our experience so much more than Wings. Beer. Sports. The best Buffalo Wilds Wings service we've ever had.

Wow! Comment: Kyle made my visit great. He was very personable and engaging. I was on a long drive home and just needed a bite to eat but the service was excellent and I will definitely try to make that stop again next time.

Wow! Comment: Nicole was very nice and experienced in her job. She acted like family not just , oh it a job, and I liked that alot!!!!

Wow! Comment: Luana was a very helpful and friendly rep. She was personable and made sure the order was correct. Additionally there was another young woman that shared the same excellent customer service as Luana and helped complete our order. We have visited another location in New Castle Delaware and the Rehoboth Beach location was far and way better customer service and much better quality food.

Wow! Comment: Morgan was very friendly. We have visited many times and most of the associates seem pleasant.

Comment: Jessika was our waitress and apparently she just got done with training. She was amazing. She was very prompt in her services and she was extremely polite. Jessika is what every waitress should...

I have never been more disappointed in a restaurant in my life. I paid for the all you can eat wings and fries for myself and a friend. On the first round you're supposed to get 10 wings and fries. The second round and every round after that, you're supposed to get 6 wings and fries. I waited over 2 HOURS on a Monday night and all I got was 22 wings. I couldn't sit and wait any longer for food because I had to work Tuesday so i had to leave. Not only that! AFTER THE FIRST ORDER OF WINGS THEY STOPPED BRINGING FRIES TOO!!!! It was probably the slowest night of their week as there were only 7-10 tables with people. Maybe 1/5 of the restaurant was occupied. I ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and they didn't even get me that let alone the food that I actually paid for. The food tasted fine, but "fine" food in a restaurant will never make up for a lack of service. The time between orders of wings was over 30 min. I only know because I was timing it with my watch. I'm so frustrated that the only way I can describe my experience without using profane language is "disappointing" to the umpteenth degree. I paid for a service/product that I did not receive/under delivered. I eat at BWW quite often in Salisbury MD and I've never had an issue there. But Rehoboth's location is just disappointing in all aspects. If my name was Karen I'd sit and demand a refund, but it's not. I guess I'll just complain on the Internet. If you're considering eating here, I'd advise against it unless you don't mind paying for a product or service that you will not receive. If negative 5 stars or even 0 was an option that's what they'd get. But it's not an option. BWW Rehoboth you get a deserves 1 stars. Everyone who works at this restaurant should be fired. That's just the truth...

I’ve been here a whole bunch of times food is great but the service is terrible I’ve never been discriminated and as I got there. Another group of 8 Hispanic folks came and we were served with drinks 20mins passed and we got our appetizers but the other group yet was not taken care of so they walked out. The girl we had only came to our table twice. One to get our drink orders with our apps and second when she came to get our food order because she forgot that we were gonna order food waited 45 mins for 4 burgers and then I see 3 tables who came after us got food before us also burgers. Then spoke to manager to get my bill and paid no apologies no we will get your order out now if your willing to wait a bit more. Ended up at McDonald’s to dine in and only waited 10mins and ended up taking my service here. Only because our group was still starving after being at Buffalo Wild Wings for one hour and thirty mins. I guess if I’m not white skin I’m not privileged. Sucks that after coming every time during lunch and happy hour I have always been treated great and now I come during dinner and see how these new ppl and manager treat you. And it was not even busy.
