After tonight and giving this restaurant chance after chance, I think it’s time to speak up. I’ve been going to this BK not only for myself/my family, but as a Doordash deliver driver, for a very long time. Every employee I’ve ever spoken to has been extremely rude and disrespectful from a customer service standpoint. When I order from the counter inside, it takes a few minutes to get someone’s attention. When I place orders in the drive-thru, it takes minutes for someone to answer and they don’t place the order correctly. “Can I please have a number nine?” (Rings up a number three) “Can you make sure that’s a chicken sandwich meal, it’s not right on the screen” and the employee goes back and forth about that we asked for. The worker tells us to pull up to the second window…we do…and then gives us the hand motion of “get to the back” with his thumb. We reverse, no one is at the first window to take our payment. So we pull forward again and hear someone yell out the window “HELLO?” The window finally opens for payment and the worker is complaining about being tired and can’t wait to get off. While doing a DoorDash order a few weeks ago, I had 2 orders to pick up. The lobby was not busy at all but they were working on online pickup orders it seems. I sat there for a half hour. Someone employed here (that was off the clock in their house clothes) came in and started working on the orders with them. I don’t know what’s going on with this restaurant, but it’s a bad experience every time. It feels like the customers are an inconvenience to their time. I’ll be taking my business...

I spent 10 minutes placing an order at the speaker, only to be told that my order wasn't taken. I spent another 5 minutes offering again. Once I got to the window. The crew was very immature and inattentive. Playing around and having inappropriate personal conversation in the view and ear shot of customers. I asked for two ice cream cones. The staff didn't know how to operate the ice cream machine, resulting in me receiving two large cups filled with ice cream with a cone placed on top. I did not receive my straws or sauces, and the customer before me came back because she ordered an impossible whopper but was given a sandwich in a regular whopper wrapper. I waited for my food at the window for an additional 10 minutes. This is not my idea of fast food. This particular store usually has poor service, but today, they have performed well below my already low expectations for this site. This restaurant is a few miles closer to my home than the other restaurant by the air strip. I regularly drive the extra miles in order to forgo this restaurant. I want someone to please...
Read moreI unfortunately had to go to this Burger King today I had a long day and was all over the place and my grandmother was giving me her order over the phone I apologized to the young lady through the speaker as I know this can be annoying however last minute they wanted some by so I went she rudely asked me if I was done and than I went to the next window and the girl took my cash and gave no receipt however I had forgotten to give my phone for the coupon I had so I went to the next window and asked how much it was for the particular item and both the young lady at the window and manager rolled their gave looks at each other as if I was annoying them and why am I asking a question there was no receipt and no one verified the price I needed to make sure I paid the right amount they need to change their people around in there we do not need the eye rolling neck snapping rude ass people assisting customer as I was polite I expected the same thing I just got off a 10 hour shift I am tired as well but I still have my manners fire them they don't deserve to work...
