I usually have a great experience because Iām a regular.
However 6/09/24 experience has left me feeling angry & disrespected. I recently had open heart surgery so I order fryās no salt on my cheat day along with a double cheeseburger only mayo, onion, & lettuce. I never have to check my food because they know me and itās always right.
However Sunday my fryās had salt on them so I called upon my arrival home. I was informed by Brandon that he couldnāt do anything unless I came back there. I felt like he could have said ā our apologies, give me your name and next time Iāll give you a free fryā. Nope not the case.
So I obliged him and took back the fryās with salt and informed him that this could have been handled differently and it was an inconvenience for me.
I also insisted on him remaking my entire order which he refused. He then became disrespectful and pass aggressive. He then started going back and forth with me. I told him arguing with a Woman is never okay. However, that didnāt stop him. He became more aggressive; at this point I went low with him. I began calling him Sassy after he said I had a mustache.
Mr. Sassy pants kept going and told me something like āhopefully your mother is deadā I ALMOST jumped over the counter. Yet instead I informed him that she was ALIVE & WELL.!!!! I reminded him that customers such as myself pays his salary, he lacked professionalism, humility, & customer service.
To be honest I could have had fresh food with the energy and time he used to attempt to belittle, disregard, & disrespect me. ALL OF THIS OVER A FRY???!!!! Iāll NEVER pull up there again because of Brandon. Heās vicious and will probably spit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered breakfast online went to pick it up around 11am. Tried to enter the establishment to pick up my paid for order the doors to the lobby are closed. I turn to look at the drive through 7 cars in front of me. I pull around to the window and walk up to quickly attempt to obtain my order to be ignored by the staff who looked directly at me and ignored me. I knock On the window and was given the sassy wait symbol. When the staff member finally opens the window. 3 mins later , I advise her Iām trying to obtain my order which is already paid for and the lobby is closed. The Cars are still stuck at the speaker at this time. The lady tells me to I have to pull around and give my name. Iām extremely agitated at this time, but I pull around and wait for the 5 cars ordering. After 20 mins I again each the window. I tell the staff my name and Iām picking up a pre order. My prior online pre orders, the food is prepared and is normally place on a heater rack that is quickly obtained and turned over to the customer. I was told my food is not there and was never Made because breakfast was no over although the order was made prior to breakfast ending. I was charged and no food no refund ! The staff member pretty much got a attitude and yelled she only has two people working today. Iām looking for a number to Managment because this is terrible service! I wouldnāt want anyone to deal with what I went through this morning. Stay away . ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat a funny experience that was and I say funny meaning weird. They now have a host to greet you as you walk in. The host is an interesting character, because you get the feel that he has never had any job or position in life where he was in authority, so now he's an authority. He will tell you where to sit he would tell you what to do he will tell you many things that you are already familiar with because you've been eating a Burger King for many many years. He will keep you from doing most of those things on your own, and make another dining experience very weird and uncomfortable. For example he will bring you your food after he tells you where to sit That's all okay. But when they screw up your order, which is typical, and you need to go up and get an extra sauce or catsup which might be typical. He will tell you to go back and sit down like you're a kindergartner, and then come to your table and say what do you need. And then he will go get it for you albeit probably not the way that you expected it. My advice is if you visit Burger King particularly this Burger King, you wait until after the "global pandemic" has subsided. Because they're going to protect you whether you need protecting or not. My advice is to go through the drive-thru and sit in your car, it will be easier on your constitution. Or go to McDonald's just not the McDonald's nearby...
