M & C Caribbean Market — Local services in Dover

I bought TWO spice buns and TWO 24 packs of juice. One pack mango and the other guava. My total for this was supposed to be 53.98 but the clerk miscalculated how many drinks I bought and charged me 61.98. Seemed like a mistake so I went back into the store to fix the mistake. Another clerk told me she would return my money and charge the correct amount to my card. She handed me my original receipt and 2 others for the returned amount and the new charge but the money was never returned to my account and now I’ve been charged for both transactions. It’s a shame because they have so many great products in there but now I don’t feel safe spending my money there. I contacted the bank to deal with the charge but I’m still waiting for it to be disputed. I wish this never happened. I hope this helps...

The man at counter was very rude. I asked for help and was given attitude. I am black American and am not really aware of all the Caribbean foods that they have available but was going for a friend.And she told me what I needed but because I was having a hard time explaining to him what I wanted.I got my friend on the phone and was trying to have her talk to him and he got an attitude. The store is dirty and smells anyway. I normally would not go there...
