The only reason to still come here is because its local and they are one of the few centers to host league during the weekend. If this doesn't apply to you take the extra time and travel somewhere else to spend your money you will thank me later. I am a long time league bowler here for more than 7 years now. The new management is fine but that's about the best part about this place as much as they try to fix things there is always something that goes wrong. Rude Mechanic ,though working here I may understand it as the lack of maintenance over the years from previous owners would make anyone scream if they had to constantly deal with them, though that doesn't excuse whenever anything breaks they act like they have something better to do or don't enjoy the job being very smart towards league bowlers. Then you get to the extremely rude person who runs the pro shop (separate business to the center but it only adds to the poor experience of the center so I am keeping it in the review). The horror stories i have heard from various people going into that pro shop to get stuff done or the behavior of the man who is the head of it at the center could be its own review but to save time ill say this. When someone orders a ball through you and asks you to copy another ball they have. They want it to feel the same not like a completely different ball with you putting the pin off in neverland like its a choose your own adventure game. Though from what I've heard and the reputation for you to refuse to fix your mistakes the first part sort of starts making more sense.
Like I said when starting this and I hope I convinced you if you have the option spend your money somewhere else. Out of fear of retaliation, targeting, and bullying from the center and its employees as well as the pro shop (which they have been targeting to people before) this is being written on an alt account of mine in order to prevent that.

Read moreI visited a Thursday evening with my children and was treated very badly by the check in staff. First of all this was my first time visiting and there is a $2 special to bowl that day I was a party of 4 and did not understand how it worked. After asking a female employee how it worked she was very dismissive. I had to wait an hour to get a free lane. I noticed that the lane still had the child assistance ramp that was very heavy blocking the lane, Asked the lady to assist with that , she never fixed it until about 20 minutes later. Minutes later the game ended. As a result, I went to complain because my family only got a few minutes gaming after I asked for play for a few hours, I was willing to pay the cost. Long story short I kept being dismissed and had to ask for a manager who apologized and comped a free game card for next visit then walked away. The same attendant lady then yelled at my family not to come back loudly. It was embarrassing and I felt that the lady was being racist or something. I went home and called the Manager only for her to be nasty and rude, I explained what happened and she apologized in a condescending tone after defending her employee. Waited Over 20 minutes for French fries which cost almost $5.00. 2 people were working the snack bar and the older woman didn't know what a meals came with. I overheard the elderly lady working the Deli and a gentleman said "I thought I got French fries with my cheesesteak" the worker's reply was "I don't know...... did you get fries in the past"? He said "yes". The worker replied " I'll cook you fries now but, your cheesesteak is ready now".
