Not sure how they do it, but this place is terrible.
Coke was flat. Whopper Jr. Had no flavor. Onion rings were soggy with stray fries mixed in. Floor was slippery (and I wear slip-resistant boots). Worst part was ordering. The woman in front of me was already ordering when I walked in, yet it still took more than 4 minutes for her to complete her order of 3 items (two were a buy-two deal). Then my order of a simple small Whopper Jr. with cheese meal (subbing onion rings for fries) took 15 minutes. Okay 14:36:47 (see attached photo). Meanwhile, while waiting for my order, I saw many people returning to the counter because theirs were made wrong. I was never asked what kind of drink, but the girl handing me my order said "That was a Coke, right?" Sure, coke, whatever. And I had to ask for zesty sauce for my onion rings.
And one last minor thing: the traffic control stickers on the enter-only door, saying "Hey, ENTER ONLY" - you know, to tell people not to exit the enter - is on the wrong side of the enter-only doors. Like if I'm going to enter the enter only door, I don't need a sign telling me I'm ok to use that door. The sign warning me not to use that door to exit should be on the inside, telling me I'm going out the in. Funny thing about this is that they got it right for the...
Read moreIf i could rate a zero i would. I ordered breakfast...french toast sticks, sausage biscuit, and hash rounds. I arrived 8:01am which one would think everything would be freshly made. I got to to my office a mile away and how disgustingly dissaopointed i was. All of my food looked as it was made the night before and placed under the heated lamps to stay warm. The biscuit was at visual obviously old. My french toast was soggy from the grease fried in but sitting. My hash rounds could have been from the night before. I enjoy Burger king and know this is not normal practices from them. I do not normally go to this one for reasons of being disappointed each time when purvhasing food. I did eat the sausage the rest had to be trashed. If i had the time to take it back i would have. I know at Burger King i van "have it my way." With that being said, I will go where i lnow tgere atr no short...
Read moreIt's Burger King. There's not much to say. There were a bunch of cars at the drive through, so the inside counter took a little longer than usual. I had one of the receipt specials for a free Whopper. The lady at the counter was not articulate in explaining that she could use one set of codes for the sandwich but that she could not use the confirmation code. Then, she did not offer any prompts for the order. I remembered to interrupt and ask for no mayonnaise, but forgot to ask for cheese. I added a cheeseburger with added tomato and onion. It still worked out.
I am still wondering whether I could have substituted onion rings for the fries.
The tables were stained. Most were clean enough, but it felt like nobody had the assignment to clean the dining room in a while.
The burgers were good. Fries were fries. Diet Coke tasted...
