Dunkin' — Restaurant in Delaware

Absolutely the worst customer service. I order the SAME exact thing every time 3 shots of espresso in a large cup with ice. It's normally $3.29 at every Dunkin I've been too. They charged me $4.29 for a cup of ice water and when I questioned it were extremely rude and said every dunkin can charge what they want. I showed them a charge from 2 days ago that literally says $3.29 the manager was behind her and just looked at me and said nothing. Do they not give you a cup regardless when you order a beverage? So essentially you are charging me for ice because the espresso goes in the same cup anyway. My problem was the extreme lack of customer service, I have never experienced someone being so rude, what a horrible way to start a day. I will never ever go here or any Dunkin again. Starbuck is LESS (I know, right) and the same exact price at every location, they also hire and train employees to be kind and appreciate their customers. I went in on my 30 minutes lunch break & asked for a large iced macchiato with an extra espresso & food. 90% of the time when I go to most Dunkins I have issues so I sat there & counted how many espressos he brewed. He brewed 3. I tasted my coffee. It tasted like caramel & milk with a splash of espresso. When I told the associate I wanted an extra espresso he tries to charge me for it... I explained to him that I previously worked at Dunkin & know by the taste & my 100% working ears that he brewed me 2 less espressos. I pay 9 dollars. I want my money's worth. He then proceeded to argue me until he finally jumst poured it in my cup. Stop having the employees jip the customer because the owner wants to save money... Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! I witnessed the older Indian man in the kitchen at this location go into the restroom wearing his food prep gloves, clean the toilet with them, and then walk straight back out to the kitchen and start cooking my eggs cheese croissant with the same dirty gloves on—no glove change, no hand wash, nothing! I was horrified and immediately canceled my order. This is a serious health violation and complete disregard for basic hygiene and customer safety. If that’s what happens in front of customers, I can’t imagine what goes on behind closed doors. I will never return here, and I strongly warn others...
