Five Guys — Restaurant in Delaware

Because this is the closest five guys to my house, this is the one I typically visit however, the customer service here does not exist at all the workers do not even speak to the customers. They just stare at you in your face until you order your food not a Hi how are you? Or a hi how can I help you? They don’t say thank you nothing!! Even when your food is ready, they just hold up your bags and look at you. They don’t even call out your number!!! And the first few times I thought it was just that specific employee but now that I’ve experienced other employees I realize it’s Every employee at this location. this is how they train their employees to be rude to customers to not speak to customers to not acknowledge customers?? I mean, the food is always delicious. There’s never a complaint on the quality or the taste of the food. However, I am going to just drive a little bit Further to a different five guys so I don’t feel like I’m bothering them by coming in there and...

I called at 9:49 PM. A female picked up and said “ we are closed “ she hung up. I called again at 9:50 PM a person picked up again, and quickly hung up. They didn’t even say a word. My final call was at 9:53 PM, and once again a the person picked up and hung up.

I am not that guy who orders food when the grill is all cleaned up, but I was dealing with a medical situation at AI Childrens Hospital for my daughter. I did intend to ask them if the grill was already cleaned or not, but I wasn’t given that option.

Once again I was dealing with a medical issue for my daughter. Five guys was close it was lit up I looked it up said closest canes I figured they have good burgers, good fries and peanuts it sounds a lot better than McDonald’s. I will be very hard pressed to EVER ORDER from here EVER again. We ordered three burgers. We got one wrapped in rotten lettuce. See picture. And two veggie sandwiches. Called and they said they would remake the two burgers over. Get there, they made the whole order over again. Open the bag with the new order, fries were thrown in bag on top of burgers. Greasy as all get out. Definitely not drained before cupping them. Then the two replacement burgers had all the wrong condiments and rolls were stale. Burgers were hard as a brick.

Eight were on the dinner shift. No manager available on call and a young man pretended to be management when I returned the veggie sandwiches. Sad situation over there.

Each person has a job there. One job.
