Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Delaware

I am so disappointed. This Little Caesars must have changed management within the last 6 months because I have never had so many problems with an order before now. Every 6 months I order 16 pizzas for my employee appreciation dinner. I always call ahead the day before to let the manager know about it. I spoke with the GM this time. I placed the order on the app before 1pm for 16 pizzas for a 7:45pm delivery. First of all I was only delivered 15 pizzas. Then the pizzas I did receive were not all correct. I ordered 2 pizzas with banana peppers as one of the ingredients but on one pizza they put on jalapeno peppers instead and I didn't receive the other one. I did however receive a pretzel crust pizza which was not even ordered, instead of one I did order. It was a mess. I called to let them know about their errors but after waiting over 10 minutes with no answer I hung up and tried again at 9:15pm having to hang up again after over 10 minutes without anyone answering. I did call the delivery service number provided and they were able to help me. If someone would have answered the phone I most likely would not be leaving such a bad review. I spent 182 dollars on this order, gave plenty of notice it was coming and even ordered using the app to make my selections clear and still it was horribly messed up. Two years ago I gave them 4 stars because it was exactly what one would expect from a little ceasars pizza. However things have gone down hill quickly. I dont know what has happened but quality has suffered, service has suffered and just the whole thing is terrible.

More often then not my pizza is way too dark and the cheese is dry and burned. I dont know how this happens since I thought the oven was automated.

I have yet to walk into the place in the last year and they actually have a pizza hot and ready. The employee always seems surprised that this many people want the pizza they are famous for. They always say okay ones in the oven 10 minutes Then they hand my a pepperoni pizza with charred little pepperoni disks and burnt cheese. What happend?! Maybe 10 minutes is too long. Take it out in 8! Or turn the oven down a bit.

I know the employees are not enthusiastic about their jobs and management is probably way more stressed out then they should be. I get it. That's why it took two years for me to update this review. I keep hoping they can get it together. I love little ceasar pizza. I grew up on it and it's great for a quick cheap easy dinner with my kids. Until it's not. I still want it to succeed because the other pizza chains are just too expensive for lunch with my kids.

This place is hit or miss at best and it's mostly miss. When it's possible to get an order from them, the food is very good. the revamped recipes in recent years are definitely an improvement. Unfortunately, good luck getting an order in. Several times the website and app have told me they are not taking orders and noone will answer the phone when calling the store. This time, I was allowed to place my order in the app and pay for it. When I got to the door after my pick up time approached and passed without a notification that my order was ready, the door was locked. A man also looking for an order got to the door first and knocked. I could not hear the conversation, but after he left the lady looked at me and said "Yes?" I said I have an online order and she told me she has not been taking orders since 6 and if I hadn't received a cancel notification I would get a refund though she didn't specify a time frame. It's nearly impossible to find their corporate number without digging through Google, but we found it. After waiting on hold over 10 minutes we were told they would pass the info along to the owner to review the refund. Don't waste your time.
