McDonald's — Restaurant in Delaware

This has to be the WORST Mc Donald's in history..... Customer Service does not exist here in any shape or form!!!

On 5/31/2017 7:14 am I ordered 3 breakfast bruitos with no cheese. Paid for my order and was asked to pull forward so it could be made. There was a looooooooong line so I complied. Got my order no problem.

6/2/2017 at 7:00 am Pulled up to the menu and order the exact same thing. The shift manager or manager (Della) stated that "We have them pre made with cheese ". I said" Great, I'll take three of them without cheese thank you". She stated again what she has and that was my only option was that. I told whoever I was talking to at the time because I didn't know her name? (Della) that I will come in and order, and did so. I'm a big person and very aware of how things can get flipped around real quick. I approached the counter and asked politely to speak with the manager so I could place my order. I was meet by a woman who claimed she was the manager( Della) I proceeded through place my order for the third time. I was told the following... With an attitude Della told me that the bruitos were pre made with cheese. I'm understaffed today and I'm not making them! Do you want them or not? At that point I asked for her bosses name and or a corporate contact. Della handed me a paper bag and told me the number was on the bag. I then asked from her name( which is DELLA) and she refused and told me to call the number on the bag. I asked her again for her name and she refused. I pulled my phone out and took her picture. This is when DELLA stated that she was gonna call Delaware police. While all of this is going on... Joe Flipperhead in the drive thru plays hero and follows me and get my plate number so the law can deal with a guy how ASKED for no CHEESE.

I went to the Speedway just up the road to buy a can of chew. When I got back in my truck. 2 Delaware city police blocked me in and questioned me about what happened. The officer stated that he was investigating a possible menacing. Asked him how? He explained and that's when I stated to him that I AUDIO RECORDED the entire situation!!! Boom.... hook was set DELLA!!!then it went from possible menacing to a trespass warning. So if you ask for no cheese at this Mc Donald's....DELLA will call the police on you and have you barred.

Like I said I audio recorded the entire situation and snapped off quite few pictures of the manger DELLA. This is how Mc Donald's treats people, ok cool.

You wanna have Delaware city police police me over you being short staffed and lazy DELLA. I'm gonna protest the crap out of this location till your fired or they close, which ever...

Where do I begin? I come through here every single morning to get a large sweet tea with my breakfast to get my day going. I really believe they under staff at this particular location comma because the girls are always so stressed out and running around like crazy and yet it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru almost every day. Today however I go to pull up at the drive-thru and the delivery truck is blocking the drive-thru and there's a cone on the other drive-thru Lane. So I decide to go in. The door is locked. Went back to my car and called the store asked them if they were open. They said yes they were open and I said well the door is locked so I decide to go in. The doors locked. What back to my car and called the store ass them if they were open. They said yes they were open and I said well the door is locked so she came in I'm off the door and I went in to order. Here's where the real trial begins. I ordered the same thing I order every morning which is a sausage McMuffin with egg meal with a large sweet tea extra ice. I was told that the girl wasn't hot enough for the sausage McMuffin, but that they had burritos and hash browns and the tea was almost finished Brewing. So I said I'll take the burrito meal with a large sweet tea extra ice. Long story short the hash browns we're not able to cook properly because the oil was not hot enough. I ended up paying for the burrito meal , which I thought was ridiculous for everything I've been through already this morning. Then she comes back to tell me that she was going to promo the two burritos and the sweet tea that I walked out with like she was doing me a favor. I know things happen and people over sleep, that does happen. However, I just felt that should have been a given 4 the total mess up...

Third edit: Ordered three number 7s for my kids. Two with no cheese. The first one we saw on the screen "No Cheese," the second "Plain." We asked for the second without cheese also. When we got to the window, we reminded the child at the window that we wanted two of the meals no cheese. She said that her only option was plain and there wasn't another option, even though she selected the no cheese option for the first one. But instead of arguing we just went to the pick up window and wouldn't you know, two of the meals had cheese. So next time, instead of talking to us like we're idiots and haven't ordered this for our kids before, adjust your attitude and learn your job.

Google requested an update so here it is: they are still nice. Still a mess. Despite what appears to be a whole new staff.

Old post: Their staff is super nice, but oh my goodness. Every single time we go there they mess up our order. Every. Single. Time. So then we have to park and one of us has to go inside. Usually, they're focused on the drive-thru orders. This time I waited five minutes with three people in front of me before we even saw a worker at the counter, and by the time I got inside, the first person at the counter had already been there long enough to be making snide remarks.
