McDonald's — Restaurant in Delaware

Horrible experience here. I have PTSD so coming out in public is REALLY hard for me. I sat in the corner and hid. The atmosphere was already nerve wracking with a manager scream-talking to all the customers. My husband was screamed at for us wanting more lettuce on our McChickens by the manager with short blonde hair bangs dyed pink. The ENTIRE restaurant could hear her. Heck Even the people outside could probably hear her. "IT'S 25 CENTS PER SANDWICH. IF YOU WANT A LETTUCE SANDWICH!" Yelling this at him. First off what is a lettuce sandwich?! She even yelled at the workers making the sandwiches. We ordered 11 McChickens and she couldn't believe it. So when she repeated the order back to the workers flat out treated them like poo saying "Yes really dias dias dias dias!" because they were latino if you ask me that's racist.Our McChickens had close to no lettuce and I'm not exaggerating. The manager yelled: "THAT'S HOW MUCH LETTUCE WE PUT ON THEM" So you put none on?! And charge 25 cents PER sandwich if you want more? We ordered 11 sandwiches. That's $3.00 In lettuce. You can buy 3 heads of lettuce for 3 dollars. We got up left and bought lettuce at the grocery store to eat at home instead. Can't people just be normal? PLEASE? For once. Don't come here unless you like being screamed at and listening to everyone else being screamed at by that one manager creating such a nerve...

This McDonald’s is absolutely horrible.I first went into the line to order my food, and after every item I was asked, are you done yet after I finally complete the last item I proceed to tell them that I have a coupon the online app gave me a code, and I read the code to them they told me that the code didn’t work. This is now the fifth time they told me that it didn’t work, when every other McDonald’s I go to it works I think that this McDonald’s is purposely not excepting coupons to make more money and to start with the prices are already high. I told the manager that this was the fifth time that my coupon didn’t work and somehow she mysteriously was able to make it work then I went back what a silly idea, and the same thing happened. They said the code didn’t work. I also had other family members go there to see if they would say the same and they did .I would like corporate to look into this matter and fine them appropriately you can’t have an app to a corporation and not accept it when it asked you to put the accurate location of the McDonald’s your at.
